JJ's Copper Basin Lounge — Restaurant in Copperhill

I litterally had to LOL at some of these reviews. Back in the day this place was called Mayfords. It was an old dirty dive bar where locals would sit, bs and have a beer. The extremely filthy version of cheers but still.. it was fun. Now.. lol. The band is terrible, dont eat there, and the floor, barstools, tables, and everything else is sticky.. with what i have no idea. I thought yhey might clean it up but now its just worse. Even the locals dont want to go anymore. So if youre looking for an honest review... here it is.. oh and please if you need the restroom your chance of getting hepC is lessened if you go to the gas station...

My partner and I went to this place and we will not be going again. We walked in and was greeted with a strong smell of cigarettes. We sat ourselves at the bar and the bartender came over and just stared at us. I said hi and she said hi back and then just stared. Basic hospitality is lacking here. She didn’t let us know what they have or anything. It looked like just beer. This is definitely a local spot and we clearly weren’t locals. She then walked away and went back on her phone. We were just driving through when i asked a local where we could buy beer for our stay at one of the cabins.And he said only at jjs so we drove up to the window and bought 2 cases of beer 1 coors and 1 reds hard cider. I handed her my card never in a million years did i aspect her to say$108.00. Yes its my fault i didn't have too but i also wouldn't ever go back or give them the opportunity to get any more of my business. Or would i recommend them to anybody else to give them the chance to...
