The owner of this business is extremely unethical and should have his license revoked. He pulled into a driveway in the Grove that is very narrow and the way you are supposed to navigate this area is like an elevator, you let the person out before getting in. He pulled into this one lane entrance as I was leaving and there clearly wasn't enough room. I asked him to back up so I could exit. There was no one behind him and it would have taken less than a minute as we were very near the entrance He refused and kept driving forward no matter how much I pleaded with him to stop advancing. He was extremely reckless as he pressed forward. I begged him to reverse as this was the only sane course of action since I was bottlenecked by the wooden structures surrounding the driveway I was on. Our vehicles are the most expensive item we own besides our homes so for him to go forward despite my protests and pleas was surreal and it was a moving violation in terms of failure to observe the right of way. As you can see in the picture, his vehicle is less than an inch from mine with zero regard for my property. It was beyond stressful. If he had hit me, we would have been there for an hour waiting for a cop on a Friday night.
Do you want to invite this person into your home and trust him with your property? He was incredibly rude and insulting on top of it all. I wouldn't trust this guy with my used paper cup, let alone making meals in your...
Read moreI’ll start by saying that my Frutti di Mare pizza was very good, I might even assign it a 5 ⭐️ rating. We had three pizzas total and the Mediterranean was good and the Margherita was ok. I would say this is definitely a solid pizza place and would recommend this restaurant for pizza and pizza only. My issue was with the spaghetti and meatball dish my daughter ordered which should have given a 1 ⭐️ rating instead of 2. I would have been embarrassed to serve a customer such pitiful looking meatballs which were small, overcooked, rubbery and just awful. A real disgrace to any Italian who grew up eating home cooked authentic dishes. I love to review local restaurants and something has to go very wrong for me to rate anywhere under 3 stars. When I mentioned to the manager that the meatballs were inedible, we were not offered a discount, free desert, or even an apology. I can’t believe I had to pay $23 dollars for that dish. But I didn’t complain past saying it was “no good” and my daughter refused to eat it. We also ordered 3 salads which were ok. We had the arugula, the caprese, and Mediterranean salads, which I would give an average rating of 3 stars at best. Again, I would not order anything from here except the pizza which...
Read moreA pizza place truly deserving of a 5-star rating. This little shop is located right on Sunset Drive, making it easy to get to. The price point is very affordable for the quality/quantity of the pizza you get. Now for the pizza itself: incredible. Most places make the pizza with way too much dough, so it's more dough than pizza. Along with that, you can hold a slice in the air and watch a river of oil flow off of it. These pizzas do neither of those things. It's a very thin crust, and just enough oil to do the job. The pizza is absolutely delicious, leaving you full, but not bloated. You won't feel bad after eating an entire personal pizza from here. Along with their pizza, they also have a nice selection of wine, Italian music playing, and an Italian beer on draft. The manager(possible owner) was Albanian, but his Italian is on point. Eating here will truly give you an authentic...
