I came and asked if I could have everything without dairy as I am extremely allergic to dairy and have digestive issues. The girl at the shop told me yes so I ordered the pina colada. then she asked me if I wanted to try the Nondairy Nutella smoothie she was making and I asked if it was completely non Dairy. She told me yes so I tried it and immediately knew something didn’t taste right so asked if It was completely nondairy including Nutella. She told me no the Nutella is the regular Nutella that has dairy and I told her she needs to be careful with people with food allergies told me that I should have known That she meant Nutella brand Nutella that has dairy. Please be more careful about peoples food restrictions. The employee who worked Sat 10/23 at around 3PM felt “bothered” by the fact that we were there ordering and supporting the business. Never told us sizes, we later realized a “regular” was the large and as she was starting to put the milk and protein into the blender said she couldn’t go down from large to medium because she had already poured ingredients in the blender. It was one of my favorite places to have a delicious fruit smoothie but for a while now the service is horrible, the woman who is attending at the counter was very rude, I was walking through the neighborhood where I live, on a Monday, afternoon and I decided to have a smoothie and I came in very happy and this woman greets me with an unhappy face.
