I want to give a fair warning to everyone so you all don’t waste your time and money to please please PLEASE choose a different location. I typically don’t go out of my way to leave a review like this but due to the customer service a experience tonight or lack there of I should say I strongly urge and recommend that you choose another location and don’t even wasted your time with this one. . I personally will never provide any business to chipotle again because of how these teenage looking kids treated not only me but the other customers in there as well. From the glares, the lack of quality service, snarky responses and attitude, I mean the girl making up my bowl refused to speak up loud enough so you could hear her over the music blaring in the background to the point where I legit had to stand on my toes and lean over the glass counter just so I could hear what she was saying it was absolutely ridiculous. You could tell she was doing it on purpose too; there were no topping available to choose from or they were just too lazy to restock it which is more than likely the reason, anytime I asked a question she would just glare at me with this annoyed stank ass look on her face like I was being such an inconvenience and how dare I make her do anything more than scoop food onto a bowl, everything looked like it had been sitting out all day and pretty questionable on whether it was edible or not, she moved dramatically slow slow it was amazing. She got anything accomplished, so why she was acting like she was busting her ass all day and exhausted from that. It was beyond me then after she was finished making my bowl from the two options of toppings, I basically had because apparently they had no other options or was out of everything. I had to wait 3 to 5 minutes to cash out because she obviously didn’t wanna do it and the other employee who was doing that job decided to go on a little break during a time where the restaurant was pretty packed. I mean, there was legit a group of people standing behind me waiting on pick up orders… finally, when another girl walked in, she just proceeded to walk right on by me till finally I decided to ask can somebody help check me out but apparently that question was too complicated for the both of them as they both just looked at me all dumbfounded and then completely ignored me by turning around and returning to whatever it was, they were doing. Then when the guy came in from his little break with eyes red as can be, (which you would’ve thought he wouldve been more happy and in a better mood considering lol), but guess not because he was just as rude and standoffish as the 2 girls. For instance, I asked for salsa he was just like “we’re out” and then I asked if they had any cookies or anything like that, and he was just like no, and then literally just proceeded to tell me how much I owed It was more the tone in his voice and his body language when he would interact with me, and then after I paid instead of politely handing my bag to me, he aggressively shoved it towards me slamming against my hands (not even over exaggerating in the slightest) while deciding to focus on a different customer who walked up complaining about their order instead of acknowledging that I was still there and finishing up with me. i was not provided any silverware or napkins, I went to fill up my drink where there was no lids or straws stocked I had to literally Grab a straw from underneath the cabinet in the little hole on the counter, trying to avoid getting my sweatshirt, all wet and dirty from all the crap spilled everywhere it was so off putting, I was honestly just very astonished about how these three kids employees treated me as a paying customer tonight. I truly don’t understand how a business is OK with employees treating their customers like that and it just goes to show how much chipotle’s managers and owners Clearly do not value their customers, considering they higher employees like this, and allow them to treat their pain customers the way they did...
Read moreFirst time at this location. Bad, inattentive service. Indifferent employee attitudes. I went inside and ordered the same as I have always ordered for years, a bowl with chicken and no rice. Then I go down the line with the employee, selecting which items to add to the bowl. At that time the employee told me if you ask for extra on any of the included items there will be a charge for each one, including items like lettuce. This has never happened to me at other Chipotles. I refused to pay multiple extra charges to get a larger portion of things like lettuce, or onions. When I got home the bowl was not like you normally get at other Chipotle's, where the ingredients are piled high. The entire dish was even with the edge of the bowl, nothing higher. When I started eating it, I discovered there was no chicken. When I checked the receipt, the employee had put this down as a veggie bowl.
I tried calling the individual restaurant, but they don't accept calls. You would have to leave a message and get a return call within 24 hours.
I went into the chain's national online chat to complain. I got all the usual apologies and a promise they would bring this to the attention of the restaurant. They were ready to conclude my complaint and asked if there was anything else they could help me with. I said yes, refund my money or give me a credit on the rewards app to get what I paid for. It did not seem right that I had to ask for it and them not offer it.
This now required more work on my part. The chat agent had to send me an email. I needed to then take a picture of the receipt and send it back with a return email in order to get the credit.
This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been in! I would never return to this location. I suggest others avoid this...
Read moreI regularly visit Chipotle for the same thing: a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Let me start by noting that Chipotle reported $9 billion in revenue last year, and on average, each location makes between $8,000 and $9,000 per day. The reason I bring this up is because, for the last few visits, I’ve had issues ordering my quesadilla at this particular location.
Normally, one employee would make my quesadilla using the press since their two ovens are apparently not working. Unfortunately, that employee wasn’t there during my recent visits, and I ran into difficulties with someone claiming to be a manager (female, no name since Chipotle doesn’t believe in name tags). She refused to heat it using the press, even though it had been done before.
Another night, the same issue occurred, and another employee, also claiming to be a manager (male), told me the oven was broken, and they couldn’t use the press either. Again, I mentioned that it had been done before, but the response was the same. After a few weeks, I returned to the same location, and the employee who usually makes my order was there but suddenly told me it couldn’t be done—clearly, a conversation had taken place behind the scenes.
I’m writing this review to express my frustration. How is it that both machines are apparently not working for weeks? This seems odd, especially for a company that makes enough money to fix or replace broken equipment. Chipotle has no problem charging extra for portions or serving customers with an attitude, but fixing essential equipment is somehow not a priority. If the ovens can’t be fixed, why not use the press as a temporary solution? Or is the issue that your employees are not being properly trained...
