Just Salad — Restaurant in Coral Springs

First, I’m a foodie and have experienced all types of places and service. From places making you feel welcome to the question, why am I here. I came within 45 mins of closing time. Mistake #1. Never come within the last hour. I’m not sure if they become understaffed as I’ve been here plenty of times with 6 people behind the counter and are much friendlier than the guy who I believe was the manager. They had no grilled chicken and was told it would be another 20 mins. My salads I wanted called for that and was told I could have the dried out looking chicken or the drum legs which I wanted the white meat. He said they got busy and ran out of the grilled chicken. I’m sure the issue was they were understaffed and no one thought to put the grilled chicken in the back in prep. Long story short he wasn’t friendly and you would think he would of said because we failed to have what you wanted I’ll give you another small scoop of carrots or even a side of sauce he wanted to charge my son. I went to Just Salad in Coral Springs with my wife, and we loved it from the moment we walked in. The place has a super positive vibe — clean, modern, and with a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Service was also impressively fast, which we really appreciated.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly exceeded our expectations. I had the Thai Chicken Crunch and my wife tried the Tokyo Supergreens — both were delicious. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and everything is prepared with care. We also loved the reusable bowl program; it’s great to see a brand that cares about sustainability.

After spending $24 on a salad at Sweetgreen, I decided to try Just Salad and wow, what a difference! My kale mix salad comes out to about $13 and some change with tax, and the portion is so much more generous. I’ve been able to have it multiple times a week without breaking the bank, and it’s actually helped me stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight! They offer so many different toppings. My go-to so far is kale with the fajita mix, the Greek salad (onions, garbanzo and cucumbers), red apple and tofu. it's so good every time!

Even during rush hour, the team is efficient and friendly. The manager is right there on the line serving customers and even jumping on the register when needed. On top of that, he gave my nephew the cutest Just Salad x Sesame Street Elmo bowl, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Great food, great value, and great people....
