Unfortunately, I have to leave this review. I called immediately after sipping my hot coffee. I waited 10:28 minutes on my cell phone before deciding to leave this review. . I ordered two turkey, sausage, egg and cheese with no bread in a box and a large coffee with cream, NO sugar. The cashier handed me 2 donuts. I handed it back to her saying I received the wrong order. (Thank God I checked the bag). The floor manager (?) went out of her way to correct the order BUT I received the wrong coffee order. I ask for a large black coffee with cream, NO sugar. My coffee had sugar in it. I'M DIABETIC. (i.e. I ask for NO bread and NO sugar.) I called the store to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was too busy and asked my name to receive a call back. I explained I am running late for wok, I cannot receive a call back, and would like the coffee credited back to my card. 10+ minutes waiting online is unacceptable. I already drove to Boca this morning to drop my son off at work at 5:45AM and I am rushing to get to get ready for work myself in Coconut Creek. I wasn't upset about the initial mix-up but no I am because I was left on the phone for 10+ minutes. I don't recall receiving a simple apology from the person that answered the phone either. Read moreI come to this location everyday because it right here by where I live. I’ve never had any issues until today! I get my usual ice coffee and had my baby with me at the time when I went into the store. When I got home I ended up dropping my ice coffee. So not even a full 15 mins I go back to the place and tell Sherline about what happened and I even apologized and asked if she could re make it for me. She gave me a mean look and was like “what do you me to do? I can’t help you”. Rolling her eyes. I was shocked because they have always taken the time to assist and help me. So I asked for the manager and Robert came out telling me “there’s nothing we can do because you didn’t drop it in the store”. As a manager you should’ve corrected the situation instead of standing there putting your hands up and not knowing what to do nor wanting to take the time to help.
I went to the next Dunkin’ Donuts down the road and told them my situation and with no hesitation they apologized to me and offered to remake it for me. It really shows these employees at the first store had no empathy or morals to help a someone out.
I will no longer be giving this place my business because they really took advantage of me and the situation and acted like nothing could be resolved.

They were seriously waiting for each other to acknowledge I was waiting. Her name was fransacha like the singer and the young man’s name I forgot. It is Monday sept 29 at 5pm. I always admire when young people work because they could be at home doing nothing since they are young and probably in school. But for these guys to behave with complete disregard of the customer waiting is disgusting. They won’t even look at your face so they can continue to ignore you.
