Today (1/20/2022 7pm) i ordered pepperoni pizza that was delivered without the pepperoni. In that last 8 months this was the 3rd time I have the same problem. My husband ate half of it because he had to go back to work so I call and spoke to team leader Isaah who said that i had to take the pizza back so he can be sure didn't have pepperoni. Really? I also spoke to another "manager" who said that he will be the manage tomorrow. I went back to the store to show him the pizza but he said that he couldn't do anything about it because my husband ate half of it. The customer Service in this place is terrible. I have been ordering from them every week and there is always something missing or the pizza is cold. I called the corp office from there and left a message. Also while I was there (for about 20 minutes) I saw 2 customers bringing pizza back because it was done wrong. When you get to the store you can see about 8-10 people working who don't know what they are doing. The "manager" called the owner but told me that she cannot talk because she is in the hospital. Read moreAfter today's visit, I just had to review. I have ordered multiple times from here for delivery to my job (we get pizza on paydays). The pizza has always been delivered quick and hot. So much better than Papa Johns and the sort, even comparable to small "Italian" pizzerias in the neighborhood. They always have coupons available so it's not too pricey!
What made me leave my review today was an employee named Adriana. I decided to pick up the pizza today instead of delivery. She was such a sweetheart. My coupon for free cheesy-bread wasn't working, so she typed it in a quickly made a fresh cheesy-bread right on the spot. Then she even carried out the pizza to my car because I had 5 pies. Read moreI have been ordering pizza from Marco's for over 2 years and have been satisfied until today! I received my pizza order (by delivery) and one of the pizzas were incorrect. I called to notify the store and was given the option to return the pizza for a corrected pizza. 1. If I placed an order for delivery why would I drive to go pick up the correct pizza. 2. The half of the pizza that was correct was eaten and I was told they can't do anything for a 1/2 eaten pizza. Would have been nice to at least have been offered some sort of credit towards the next order! Since I was not offered any solution I will no longer be ordering from this chain!
