I give this place a ton of credit - when they first opened I thought the food was good but there was definitely plenty of room for improvement. Top? Not quite there. Fast forward a few years and a move to much nicer location, as well as lots of refinements to the menu, and this place has grown up right.
The food has always been good, but somebody must've been reading the reviews because there's been improvements - and plenty of them. It used to feel a little like "see how much stuff we can pile on a burger" but now the options are far more refined and the flavors are quite good! The bread was always an issue for young Marco, but it looks like he's gotten it squared away (at least on the gourmet burgers.) There's so many genuine Brazilian dishes to try - and they're very good! How authentic they are, I'll leave to a Brazilian to review, but I've enjoyed the flavors quite a lot.
The restaurant is very nice, modern, with good ambience. It's quite a chill experience, and the service is always incredibly warm and friendly, as is tradition with Brazilians.
My only caveat is with the take-out. From the get-go Marco's has been super solid about the quality of the takeout. The last few times I ordered out though, the assembly of the burger was pretty good, but the side of fries was more like a small handful of fries. Just seemed a little light, considering these are legitimately $20 hamburgers.
Which leads to my other caveat: the price. I completely get it - good ingredients cost money. And good ingredients result in a good product. I won't argue against that. But you have to go into Marco's with the understanding that you're going to pay around twenty bucks for a burger. Is it worth it? I think it's a fine burger and I've paid the price many times, but ymmv. It's definitely worth trying.
There's a lot of unique eats at this joint. A little pricey sure but the quality is high. I encourage...

First off, Let me make this clear... I am NOT familiar with Brazilian Food at all... I was NOT aware this place is A brazilian Burger restaurant!
I ordered the Philly Cheese steak... And I was surprised at the fact the meat had NO flavour at all (I had to add some salt and pepper) then I remember that I never had Brazilian food and Maybe... That is how They traditionally cook the meat (w/o seasonings). I did not finished my philly... Cause honestly I just did not Liked it!!! :( We told our waitress to add JUST A HOT-DOG (by itself) and she Did not.. she maybe did not understood what we said.. then we said "We need it please, can you add it... JUST ONE HOT DOG BY ITSELF" and she charged for a whole kid's meal, in stead of just charging for the Hot-dog by itself. :/ It think that might of been a languange barrier... I noticed most customer's were speaking mainly portuguese.... (I noticed our waitress having issue understanding Us... Hence why she never put down our order with the Hot dog, and hence why she did not understood we said ONE HOT-DOG only.. she charged for a whole kid's meal)
The place seem pretty new/clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I thought it was a bit odd to have the waitress to serve the drinks(even though there is a drink fountain) cause the service felt SLOW, so for them to refill drinks/deliver food/take orders.... It just did not made much sence. (I mean, I understand it could be to avoid kid's/customers making a mess....but... Maybe they could have more people on the floor, Maybe?!)
The menu does has different burgers you won't find just anywhere... However, I am not sure if I would give them...
Read moreI’ve worked in 4 burger restaurant as a kitchen expo and food runner so I’d like to think I have some knowledge of what makes a delicious burger. The server although nice and made sure my water was filled didn’t seem genuine. I ordered the American with mushrooms special mayo lettuce onion no tomato and substituted the cheddar with mozzarella because I feel cheddar is too overpowering and I wanted to taste the meat. I ordered it with fries and requested raspberry ketchup and the server recommended garlic aioli which I was more than happy to pay the 2 dollars for both sauces. My burger came out within 8 minutes and was presented beautifully. I love that stamp they put on the brioche bun. I tried the fries and they were cold and I told the waitress to make sure the fries were hot. No problem the waitress replaced it and they were hott and the raspberry ketchup and garlic aioli were some of the best dipping sauces i ever had. Now for the burger. I was expecting a thick flavorful patty that melts in your mouth. Unfortunately I got neither. The burger meat is on par with some fast food burger joints I’ve been to. Very thin dry no flavor and tasted like straight up ground beef the color was grayish. I was very disappointed and for 23 dollars after tip I expected a high end burger. Let’s just say that the waitresses buns were juicer than the burger itself. I’m writing this review in hopes that they will make the burgers thicker use more seasonings and maybe get a slightly better cut of meat because the bun and toppings fries and sauces...
