Horrible customer service, Starbucks needs to check their employees. I went there Friday 03/31/2017 , I went there with my husband and my 10 year old daughter around 9:55 PM (THE DOOR WAS OPEN AND PEOPLE WERE INSIDE) There was a lady and a guy working there. The lady left us standing there and gave us a dirty look, after a few minutes she said what can I get you? With a horrible face you can tell she didn't wanted to be there and she made us feel bad so I said hi to her and she looked at me and completely ignored me we felt really uncomfortable my daughter started ordering and the lady kept making faces so I asked her if she was feeling OK? she gave a dirty look again and said yeah with a really bad attitude. when she was making our coffee she started saying to the other worker there, that she was not going to take anymore using the( F word) effing orders we were able to hear it... really? I can understand you are tired, you want to go home etc I was a waitress for 4 years so I can understand and I can also understand if I was a rude customer, but this is why I am extra nice because I understand however there is nooooooo excuse for you being sooo rude, and not even able to try to be just normal, instead you showed the worst behavior I ever seen in a fast food restaurant not even Mcdonalds. i had numerous times at this location without any problem, just now this skinny dark long hair girl made me a caramel frap which taste like water. i came up to the counter politely told them this is no difference than a milk shake, they said it should taste like a milk shake. okay, i said, i had it before i know how it taste like, they said okay remake me one.
now, this girl is making it again for me. she's been cursing muttering f* words for a while when i walked in, when i saw her doing it again i know exactly what i'm gonna get again. yes, an even lighter taste milk garbage is done is 5 seconds, she didn't use the drizzle bottle, she pulls out a god knows what bottle and a chuck of caramel dropped into the cup. she didn't talk to me, i want to see her reaction so didn't pick it up, she went back make another guy a drink and push the cup towards me and said this is yours. good customer service. i'm about to move in at miralago next month and me and my family will never want anything to do with this place i told myself.

It's a smaller location for such a busy area to begin with. They did a remodel which in theory should have made it more efficient but doesn't seem to have made a difference at all.
I'm not sure why the staffing situation is so bad but they have what seems to be a high turn over.
I've waited over 45 mins for a Iced Green tea and sandwich and their wait times are generally much longer then any other location I've gone to.
The mistakes are even worse. Consistently having issues with drink orders and missing food items. The wait times are so bad that I've gotten used to taking what they make and just accepting it.
I've started going to another location further away. Adding the additional 12-15 min drive is still faster then visiting this location.
