I started coming here right as Covid started, and I would’ve told you it was the greatest place on earth to get a milkshake. I’ve been coming here ever cents. Every time I come here I buy a large peanut butter shake with half chocolate ice cream and half peanut butter ice cream. Extra peanut butter sauce in the mix and extra peanut butter sauce on top. So my milkshakes cost me at a minimum eight dollars to $14 a pop. One time I came in and that’s today and ordered a small peanut butter milkshake and she gave me a card like she does every time. I always forget, or lose the cards that she stamps. I just came in at 9:30 tonight the same day of getting the small milkshake and ordered a large $14 milkshake. I had the card with the stamp of a small milkshake and I asked her to give me a new one and put my large milkshake on it and add one more large milkshake for the other 10 cards that I’ve lost with the large milkshake on it. She knows me because I’m the only one that orders this and not only do I pay that amount I always leave her a good tip. She refused and screamed at me And threaten to call the police on me. I will never go in there again, she was so rude and doesn’t deserve to deal with people. That’s not the way you run a business especially with a great customer who comes in all the time and orders a $14 milkshake!

This is the kind of place you love bragging about. Homemade at the store, check! All the toppings you might want to mix in, check! Unique flavor combinations you haven't seen before like grape nut, butter popcorn, etc check! A cow bell and a cool owner to moo you a good night, double check! Check this place out before your friends do, you'll want the bragging rights about discovering the best creamery in Florida. The ice cream was mind blowing and somehow the service was just as compelling. You're the best Andy!

I couldn’t even wait till I got home to post my review. Dan mentioned this store a long time ago, but it’s the first time we actually got here. I am already looking forward to the next family birthday so we can buy a cake here! Some of the best ice cream I have ever had in my life. Magic Cow has so many flavors. The kids both had cotton candy. I had chocolate and birthday cake. Dan had banana pudding and blueberry muffin. You can mix in your ingredients or put them on top. Sooooo impressed!!!!!

The Magic Cow is next door to Arun's Indian Kitchen who by the way is slaying it with customers right now. The line ran down the sidewalk. According to Andy, the Scottish Owner of the Magic Cow, it's a wee bit slow. His first location in Davie is currently getting more traffic. The Coral Springs store opened in November but Covid-19 struck before he was able to hold his grand opening party in March.

Magic Cow has no frills decor unlike another beloved local ice cream shop but he doesn't need it because the star here is the ice cream. Like Cold Stone you choose your flavor and Andy mixes in your add ins on a cold slab. At ice cream places I usually order some kind of mint and chocolate combination but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try the cinnamon ice cream. I consulted Andy about which mix in would be best and went with his suggestion of heath bar. I had my ice cream served up in a waffle cone. The flavor of the ice cream was amazing and the waffle cone was fresh. Normally I get a small size because after I few bites of ice cream I'm done. I picked the two scoops here and I am so glad I did because I enjoyed it all the way down to the last bite of my cone. Prior to my visit here my favorite ice cream place was the Greenery Creamery all the way in Orlando. It was so nice to discover a local place that also makes amazing home made ice cream. You can taste the difference. I am going to be using that loyalty punch card he gave me.

Consider stopping next door for dessert and supporting my new friend Andy. You won't be disappointed. While the ice cream was out of this world good it was worth the visit just to hear him call me lassie...

I was next door at the sushi spot Hamachi and saw Magic Cow next door. I saw a couple people outside sitting and having ice cream seemed to be really enjoying it. From the outside the place was really inviting with the cow logo visual lit bright in the window. Unfortunately when I walked in the script flipped immediately. There was a couple in-front of us ordering that was being attended to by a younger employee, no big deal. Then another employee (elderly lady) walked in from the back and started communicating with the same couple that was already being attended to. At this point in time being 5 minutes in the shop no one has even said a word to us. So we ended up walking out and nothing was still said as we are walking out. I am hoping it's a bad customer service case and nothing more but it almost felt purposeful as we were directly there in front of the ice cream in clear view. For a mom and pops shop customer service should definitely be the number one product as there are many other competitors around. Surely I ended up going to a different ice cream place closer in complete disappointment of the experience that I had here. In writing this in hope that there is awareness of what happens maybe because it was later on a Saturday night staff wise. I frequent the restaurant next door and this could have easily been my go to every weekend when I go to that side but I'm not sure based on my experience if I...
