Mermaid Trash — Attraction in Coral Springs

Unfortunately I had worse experience with mermaid trash. I ordered bunch of.stuff as my niece asked me for her birthday Second day I saw it was shipped. After a day I notice only label was created. I called emailed msged them asking If they can ship it so I can have it on time for her birthday. This lady replied after few days and said its shipped.and usps isn't updated. She said If its not updated in 2 days I'll reship it for u. The reshipping.date was 7 days after the actual order date..I.emailed her again asking on the day she was going to ship it again. As there was no update on the website. No answer. Therefore I left a review here. She emailed me asking to remove the review and if I do so.she will reship it for me and give me refund. I replied her saying I took it off. I don't need a refund just reshipit for me as my niece really wants it. She accused me of harassing her. Also she sent me refund but didn't reship.it. this was never shipped.i never got anything from her. Usps website still says it was never shipped. She told me not to shop at her website again. That's sad I feel so bad for my niece. And this lady was at fault but customer service is awful. Don't...

DON'T DO A COMMISSION. I placed a order for a 18×24 custom resin piece Commission on August 8th. On Sep 21st Lauren said it would ship that weekend. NEVER HAPPENED. On Oct 16th she stated it would ship in 2-3 weeks. On November 17th I again reached out empty handed and she stated she anticipated it being done by Christmas. Its the day after Christmas and still NO COMMISION or communication. I've attempted to be patient as I love her work and have purchased PRODUCTS. This is UNSAT for a business or artist with such great potential. Shows where we are at these days, I expected more. Do Better. 1 star because no stars isn't an option.

1/18/24 UPDATE....

I' ve still yet to receive my commision from this business. It's now been over 5 months and at this point expect nothing. These weren't for $5 inks, this was a $600 commision. I notified my bank to purse further action....

Absolutely obsessed with my new artwork I get to display in my bathroom!
