Fat Boyz Barbecue Restaurant — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I called because the 1/2lb brisket was not on the menu even though I'd ordered it several times before. This time it was not available. Since I'm doing a low carb diet I'm pretty restricted to what I can eat.

So I called and the person I reached explained to me they removed it from UberEATS in protest of the cost of UberEATS. I asked him to add it back. He recommended that I use their website. This is problematic on many levels. Why would I intentionally sign in with my personal information to a BBQ website? Can anyone say their security standards are high? Judging from the website, probably not. If I wanted to use the fat boys website, I would have used it. I'm well aware of the cost difference. However for reason #1, I do not. Following the above I don't care to create accounts and sign in to 1000 different vendors websites. Should I choose to do so, then I need to create a random, unique password, and I usually create a dedicated email address for the company which allows me to detect data breaches and sales of addresses. It's just not practical for me to sign into each website. You're either on UberEATS or you're not, Fat Boy. Don't involve me in your silly price protest. Put your shit on a site for sale or don't.

The food here is great, but your service sucks. I just went to Google to look you up for the first time today. I honestly knew nothing about your establishment except it has great brisket, before today. I now assume the owners are purple hair justice warrior activists who don't really want my money in exchange for food.

As someone who used to order from here frequently, I am highly disappointed in their service and cleanliness. When we came in it was empty but the person taking orders and working in the back was sitting outside. We told him to give us a moment to look at the menu and he went to the back. Then, a woman came and said she wasn't clocked in and to put our order in on the kiosk. Then when I told my friend that, she said never mind and took the order. I ordered the rib tips and my friend ordered wings and the chicken sandwich. She handed me the cup for my drink and I went to get my beverage ants were in my beverage and got all on my hands. They apologized and said that it had been an ongoing issue for them. I really wanted to ask, so why do you still offer it to customers knowingly? They didn't know how to issue a refund for just the beverage because she didn't want to refund the whole meal and had to call someone else for instructions. I waited and came back for the refund because I didn't want our food to sit too long. The food was cold and you could tell that it had been sitting for a while and lacked true flavor that fat boyz has been known for. Yesterday was the first time going to this bbq spot and oh man am I glad I did. I usually stay away from places with bad reviews, but this place had amazing reviews so of course I had to try it and see what the hype was all about. Very chill atmosphere. I would say 6 to 8 tables inside. I placed my order and within 10 minutes. My food was ready. Came out hot fresh and absolutely delicious. I can’t rave enough about how good my brisket sandwich on Texas toast came out. The bread was don’t to perfection and the meat literally melts in your mouth. People say that all the time about different cuts of meat and I’m still chewing, but this meat literally melts in your mouth, I can’t say that enough. The flavor of the meat Texas toast with sautéed onions, complement and each other perfectly. . I also like that their drink options are very different and I mean that in a good way. They give you several sauce options and all four were delicious. I also had the fried corn appetizer which came out fresh and piping hot! I tried all their sauces and honestly I don’t have a favorite. They are all delicious.
