Wendy's — Restaurant in Coral Springs

First let me say I don't really eat at fast-food restaurants that often, but with everything closing early lately I had few options. And secondly I rarely take the time to leave good reviews, mostly only bad. With that being said, this Wendy's location is definitely one of the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to.... No matter what time of day it is whether I go there at noon for lunch, or 1 a.m. and they're about to close, I've had a great experience. It doesn't matter what shift or who's working, every employee there has gone above and beyond to make my order perfect, and do it with a smile and kind words.

Not only are the employees awesome, but the food is perfect every single time no matter what I order. Check out the pictures of the bacon baked potato, and spicy chk sandwich I've included I've never seen something I could come out of a fast food drive-thru. I reluctantly went one night cuz there was nothing available, but I've been back a few times in the last couple weeks just for the great food and friendly service. 1.0 star rating, really should be no stars

I have never been annoyed enough to bother to take the time to write a bad review before. I see why they've only received 2 stars! We ordered dinner for 5, almost all of the order was messed up and we even drove back and they still messed it up. We spoke with Phillip/Phillipe Manager who said that we could get a full replacement for what we paid and, he would note that we would be able to do so. We went back there 3 times and it was declined by another Manager named Lionel who said that we would have to get it when Phillipe was there. We were told that he would be there tonight. We went again tonight, of course Phillipe wasn't there but Lionel was. We had him call the GM, Yali, who told him forget it and we had to wait til Phillipe was there. I'm currently parked in front of the store. I pulled into the drive thru to order at 12:20 and sat there waiting for 6 minutes until someone inside decided to acknowledge me and told me "we cant take orders the system is down". I asked why wouldn't he say that when I first pulled up 6 minutes ago. He said "I thought you would just drive away." As if that's a good reason. He hoped I would drive away so he wouldn't have to do any work. If your payed to work until 2:00am but close at 1 am and spend an hour cleaning. DO YOUR JOB. If you don't like your job, worked harder, get a education and get a better job. I have watched 28 cars pull into the drive thru and right back out. I'm not parked in front of the managers car blocking him in and preventing him from being able to leave. It's so unfortunate my car broke down right in front of his car. We will have to sit and wait for a tow truck or until I find something better to do...
