Arby's — Restaurant in Corinth

I wanted to order a Sandwich from the drive-through and the manager was taking orders and told me to notice that a bunch of things were out of stock. I did see were several items were out of stock however The beef and cheddar sandwich was not labeled as being out of stock so I ordered that and the manager Told me that they were out of fries and she said " I told you to read the menu". This was very condescending and very unprofessional. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager and that she was the one taking my order. I told her she was rude and that I didn't know what kind of bad day she had but that I had been caring for my dying mother and she hung up on me! I tried to call back and she didn't answer the phone. I would love for the general manager or the franchise owner to know that this is the type of person running the restaurant. I have never in my life been spoken to so condescendingly and unprofessional in a fast food restaurant or any restaurant for that matter. I will never be returning to this restaurant! Tonight, my husband went across the lake into Corinth to pick up Arby's for dinner . This is only 3 miles away from our home. He took forever to get back. Service was very slow inside where he ordered. Drive thru wasn't even busy he said. After he ate his salad he opened up the wrapping on his sandwich...Turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich. He cut it in half and took a bite. There wasn't any Turkey in his bite. He opened the sandwich to discover 2 small slice's of bacon and 1 small lettuce leaf, two slices of tomato, and the cheese and spread. No Turkey in the Turkey Ranch sandwich!! I suggest you check your orders before you leave the lot if you are taking it to go. My experience here has been they give you the salad but no fork and this is in my dine in experience. Service here seems to be getting slower and slower here. Customers standing around the island seating sometimes waiting for their orders for quite awhile. I come in on this and have to ask who is next so it doesn't appear I am trying to jump in the line out of turn. The restaurant is clean and the employees friendly...

I stopped by this restaurant on Sunday 10-17-21 to have a late lunch and try their new brisket sandwich. There was only 1 vehicle in the drive-thru but I still waited 10 minutes before placing my order which consisted of a brisket sandwich, large curly fries and a large drink. The lady repeated my order which was exactly what I ordered. I waited another 20 minutes to get to the window and the nice lady gave me my drink and bag of food which cost $11.50. Given my history with this establishment I should have checked it but I decided to wait. I drove home and I opened the bag to find a cold smashed roast beef sandwich and cold crinkle cut fries. After heating them in the microwave I choked them down and decided to write this review. I have eaten at this restaurant 4 times over the last year and each time they’ve managed to mess up my order in one fashion or another.
