Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cornelia

I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage, and an order of wings. The pizza was a delivery order. The pizza had less than 8 pieces of pepperoni and a similar amount of sausage. (see picture). I get better pizza at the frozen food section of WalMart. For $15.00 Papa Johns needs to make a much better pizza. The pizza delivered was not even close to the advertisement pictures. They told us it would be 45 minutes for delivery to the Drop Off (we live in a rural area). The driver called after 30 minutes and stated that he was minutes away. It takes me 15 minutes to get to the drop off point. Needless to say, cold pizza and wings. I only took a picture of one piece, the rest was in the garbage.. As you can see there a 2 pieces of sausage and 1.5 pieces of pepperoni. We didn't even try the wings. I would not recommend this Papa...

Website kept crashing for online ordering. Had to keep refreshing the page and starting a new order because I was not in a position to call in an order at the moment. Pizza took over an hour to come (order placed after 7:15pm on a Monday night??) and when it got here it was cold. Not just warm, but cold. I usually order from Dominos because their delivery times are faster and the website for online ordering is easy to use, but I thought I'd try Papa Johns for something different. Papa Johns did have better pizza, but the 'jalapeño poppers' were horrible and the cheese knots were dry. You basically have to decide if you want good tasting, cold pizza (Papa John's) or not as good pizza that's hot and quickly delivered (Domino's). There is no point in calling the store to complain, based on the other reviews...

So I wanted an easy dinner tonight with my family. I arrived to pick up my order and was disappointed. The workers were doing their best and some had a bad attitude acting like they didn’t want to do all the orders they had. When waiting for someone to greet me I saw the worker making the pizza constantly pulling up their pants and then immediately working on more without washing their hands. The flour all over their clothes provided me enough evidence to leave so I didn’t get sick. I will pick another location for dinner and definitely skip this location if all the workers didn’t see anything wrong like i did. We all went through lockdowns and some still have no knowledge of...
