So my bf and I always come to this Bojangle’s when we are otw to work on the mornings. Every time we have came here the lady at the window has an attitude, but I’ve never said anything till today. My bf orders his food and she says, “Anything else?” As I’m telling him to order the same thing for me which took 2 secs and he starts to say my order she cuts him off and says, “$3.07.” My bf is very kind and non confrontational so he kindly says, “I’m not done.” She then proceeds to yell at him through the intercom so I said, “Uhm, excuse me who are you talking to?! He was giving my order.” She proceeds to yell at us and be disrespectful. I get out of my car and walk up to the window to speak to her and she’s flicking me off at the window, the stud comes running up in my face along with the other girl in the drive thru window. This is THE WORST service I have ever received in my life! I see multiple people have complained about this lady and I have no doubt it’s the same lady. She chose her job at Bojangle’s, it’s not my fault she hates her life and decided to work here instead of getting a better job. It’s customer service, you CANNOT talk to people however you feel. She needs...
Read moreI stopped going to bojangles for 3 years now, but today I said let me see if they have changed. I stopped at this location and went inside to order to-go. Got my order and checked it, and one of the sausage biscuits was not in the bag, no problem. Went over to the counter, and the lady asked, "Can I help you?" And I replied, one of my sausage biscuits is missing. She looked at me and just kept going with something else she was doing. I continued to stand there, waiting for her to go get the biscuit because it was right on the station. The lady never came back over to me. So finally the other lady who was working the window said yes, sir, can I help you now? She was very pleasant, and I said, "Yes, I'm missing that sausage biscuit. She gave it to me, and I left the store. As you can see in the pictures, the bo rounds are overcooked, and yes, the oil needs to be changed. Which goes back to I stop, I'm going to Bojangles. A lot of times, the service, this is not pleasant, and the food is mediocre at best. I'll say this. There is a reason why Chick-fil-A is so successful and it's not because of the food. It's the service you get...
Read moreI used to regular this location for around 5 years. Now, I don't even bother to go here even if it's for biscuits. Staff is unruly and obnoxiously uncouth. Won't be returning to this location. Got 1/3 of my order wrong, returned AFTER I made it all the way home and the manager alone rolled his eyes and acted a fool when I asked for my order to be remade and corrected due to all the driving and the food getting cold. Told me "I can't take that back, all I can do is give you what you were missing". I politely declined and insisted food be remade since 20 minutes had already passed since I got the initial order the first trip. He got an attitude, rolled his eyes and threw the bag towards the floor next to him, grabbed my receipt out of my hand and asked "so what do you want?" Like, uhm... I want my food or my money. Duh. When he reluctantly agreed to remake the order, he brought it out to my car, again, with an attitude. At least the entire order was fresh as hell when I got it. That's about the only good thing that came from this. Some of the employees are so awesome. Yet the bad ones left a horrendous taste...
