An absolute disgrace type of staff. The only reason for the one star more than 1 anyone else would leave is that the ice cream was not terrible. It wasn’t very good like Macy moos for example of course but there is not much more you can expect from Hersheys ice cream. Ordered a vanilla milkshake while in line among other things. 10 seconds after the order was placed, I realized that they can mix in toppings instead of just flavored ice cream so I asked the girl at the register if it was too late to get them to put in some chocolate chips. She said no problem, and had her coworker go over to the guy making the milkshake to tell him. We made our way to the register to check out. When milkshake arrives I noticed there was no chocolate chips in it. I asked the cashier to please put chocolate chips in it. The cashier took back the milkshake to do so then brought it back. I noticed that again there are no chocolate chips in it. I pointed out the fact and the guy who made the milkshake came up with another milkshake that had the chocolate chips in it. He clearly did not plan or made an attempt to give me what I ordered and instead went on screaming from the top of his lungs about how I ordered a vanilla milkshake and the rest of it I couldn’t make out because the guy was screaming from the top of his lungs while not being able to properly explain himself or understand what is being asked in English. What made me really angry is that the girl that took the order, that was probably his daughter or another relative, who spoke an ok English, did not open her mouth to tell the guy first and foremost that I ordered a milkshake with chocolate chips and that it was the only milkshake I ordered. That I simply asked them to mix in the chocolate chips in it. Another thing that I want to point out is that they force on you for a debit to be used over credit without even the slightest, hey do you want to use credit or debit or even, would you mind using debit, our credit fees are high.. In any case, the ownership is pathetic and I will never again come back here. Btw, majority of their reviews are written by themselves on here....

Hershey's ice cream but they have some unique flavors that I haven't tried. They give a lot for one scoop as my kid sizes we're what I thought one scoop should be and mine seemed like two But I am not complaining. The ice cream scooper was friendly and attentive. Just wish they didn't have superman or cotton candy ice cream...my kids look like a...

It should be called Hershey's Ice Cream, based on what they serve. I guess I should have read the reviews before going. I was hoping for something local and handmade. Instead the ice cream is mass produced and comes in such unnatural colors and flavors as Superman and rainbow sherbet. Very...
