So i have waitied over 10 business days for a refund from this terrible petsmart store. The manager and there employees did not explain or do there job right when I brought my 11 month old dog in for ear cleaning, they told us it will take a few hours and for us to leave our dog there. Only to let over 5 hours go by and no one called us, we eventually returned since no one wanted to answer the phone or give us a call back for an hour, we got worried and went back only for them to give us our dog back untouched, held our dog hostage with other dogs only for him to get sick and get kennel cough, first they charged us over 130$ and then told us they never touched our dog and told us we need to do it and and tried to shove all these kits and meds after they charged us. Told them we did not agree to holding our dog hostage here for no reason, why did they even make me leave my dog there for over 5 hours and couldn't even call us back to pick him up? Couldnt tell us anything until they charged me first when i was wondering what the heck is going on, it shouldn't take me over an hour to get a hold of there department. We wait over 10 business days and we still dont have our money and they even gave us a receipt for the refund, I even went to my bank and they said PetSmart issued a refund and then they charged me again right after for whatever reason. I go back today to the petsmart and explain how is it for or normal for you to hold my money i need for my dog for 40 days? Im already struggling financially since I lost my dad a month ago and now my poor dog needs to wait another 30 business days for these low lifes to give us our money back. what place holds it for 30 days, i thought it was maybe my bank and I assured it was not my bank but the actual business. Manager couldnt even answer why it charged us again and now we need to wait 30 more business days because of there scam there playing. they probably did it on purpose for the low review i gave them on june 6th when i took my dog there. Im going to the GA and the better business bureua and everywhere and anything I can to report these scammers. Cant believe they actually work with animals and pets when they do not care about you or your animals, just stealing money from hard working people who try to give the best to there pet kids. THERESA FOX, you are a terrible manager to let this petsmart store just to be thieves and scammers from someone who cant help there dog because you need me to wait over 40 total business days to get my refund for the terrible and poor and non communicating "services" you offer. You can tell she was groomed , her nails were short and she smelled great for a long time with the top shampoo.. paid extra for it... However took my dog back again yesterday and had Bianca... Sorry but she did not do a great job. Her nails looked like it was trimmed even though I paid extra for them to be grinded.. she didn't smell like the last time and paid extra for the shampoo... Wish all your groomers can follow and listen to Heidi more. She knows what she is doing. Bianca needs to go back to training I'm very unhappy with my experience this time. Also they have waaaay to long to check in! Too much chatter. Appreciate the nice and friendly customer service but I dropped my dog off during a lunch break. I even did the check in online to speed up the process.. going to try one more time next month so I will review that experience.. also they are too comb then for 10-15 mins and the next day I comb her and this is what came out of her. Sorry but book with Heidi Not BIANCA Paid good money for me to end up bathing her myself and combing her coat for 15 mins.

   Read moreMade an appointment for grooming and they refused service for my dog because she has arthritis in her knee. She walks and stands without any issues. Hopped out of the van and walked to the appointment. Has been groomed at Petsmart prior to this. I answered the health issue question honestly so they knew, had I not they would've never know she had it. I was advised if my lab couldnt get into the tub on her own unassisted they couldnt bathe her. She hopped out of the van and walked to her appointment!! I should have waited to see if the man behind me with the senior, over weight Bassett Hound was accepted, as I dont think she would've been able to get into the tub unassisted with her short legs and belly almost dragging on the floor. So long Petsmart, I already have an appointment elsewhere for grooming. I again was honest and advised the new groomer of my dogs arthritis and they had no issue with it. They just said they would take my Petsmart reject baby be extra gentle if my dog needed them to. That's all it takes a little extra tlc, please don't try to say it's for the safety of my pet, its solely for your own protection. Most dogs that are 8, like mine have a little arthritis. Maybe you need to just not offer services to "senior dogs" as they might need a little assistance getting themselves into the tub. I will be taking my grooming business as well as my shopping...
