Miss Donuts — Restaurant in Corona

Wow.. this place went down hill.. I have come here for years.. but I wouldn't recommend it anymore.. most of the powders they used to prepare the slushies teas or shakes are expired you could tell because of the really weird aftertaste. When I tried to explain this to the lady behind the counter she was dismissive and rude and was yelling at me and telling me no refunds even though I was telling her I don't want a refund I just wanted to inform her that the powders they are using might not be fresh because multiple drinks I had purchased there taste okay at first but have a horrible aftertaste indicating they are probably expired or improperly stored. I cannot believe how rude these people are though that's what gets me it's almost like they don't want customers, whenever you ask for something they sigh and roll their eyes.. give them attitude, yell at them or just walk...

I went in this morning after working my graveyard shift and ordered a #34 breakfast sandwich. It’s sausage, egg, bacon & cheese. I got home and was disappointed to find ham, bacon, egg & cheese. I called the donut shop and the owner answered. I told her what happened and she continued to tell me she had her employee microwave it and it had sausage. I told her I was looking at it & there’s no sausage. She told me she knew I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, and one was sausage. I said “No. I only ordered 1 sandwich”. I tell her again she didn’t need put sausage in it and she says “well bring it to me”, and hangs up on me!!

I’ve been by that shop plenty of times and can’t believe how she treated...

I was asked to get specific donuts but these were all they had. I sent a photo to my mom so that she could pick. I also told the lady that I was sorry, because some of the donuts that we wanted weren't here on display, I was gonna send a photo for my mom to choose.

This Miss Donut Lady slammed her tongs back, glared at me, and walked back to the kitchen, like I wasted her time.

I find this a good thing. Thank God, I didn't waste my money here.
