Hartshorn TV and Appliance — Local services in Corona

I recently had my washing machine go out. I called Hartshorne to come to my home and service my washing machine. They came out, but sadly my washer was beyond repair so the repairman referred me to go to Hartshorn's to look into getting a new washing machine. My husband and I went to a Hartshorn's and was greeted by a lovely lady named Kathy. She showed us all of the options and worked with us until we found what we were looking for. We ended up getting both the washer and dryer and the pedestals to match. She showed us how to use it. She couldn't praise the set that we got any higher. She said she also owned the same set. She was so warm and welcoming and really knew her products. We asked her if our new washer and dryer could be delivered next day, and she said absolutely. She called her delivery person Sal, and he was available to do the delivery the following day. When Sal and his son arrived, they were nothing but professional from removing our old washer and dryer to installing the new washer and dryer. Both Sal and his son were so polite and accommodating. I’ve used them before but I have not been happy with their customer service lately, just today (10-18-21) I called at 8:30 am to get an appt to have them come out to look/repair my dryer and they said they would get back to me later in the day. I placed a second call approx 2:30 and they said they would still call me back later, it’s now past 8:00pm and I have still yet to get a return call. This is the second time this month they have apparently placed me on the back burner. When I graduated from high school I went to work for an appliance repair company for five years, after that I became a plumbing repair contractor of approx 30 years and I know what it takes to set appointments, apparently they’ve lost...

With a broken dishwasher, the kitchen routine becomes much more demanding. So we called Hartshorn, a word-of-mouth referral from a friend. Needless to say we have been well cared for. Prices were reasonable, for both the new appliance as well as their installation services. Pat, the salesman, was friendly, informative and honest. Phil, our installer was quick, quiet and qualified; he got the new one in, the old one out and left everything clean and ready, in short order. We will be going back to Hartshorn for our future appliance needs. It’s great having local, family owned business in the town rather than always having to take my chances at a big box or online vendor.
