I'm very disappointed and devastated about Starbucks not in all the locations you find the same customer service I agree but in this location in Corona by the Ontario and the 91 freeway have I noticed that I've had the worst service ever they only give you one option and that's the option of it's their way or the highway I was 15 minutes ago in there trying to buy just the tea bags for my medicine ball at night the cashier answer I'm sorry I can't sell them to you you would have to buy it one drink and pay for the extra tea bags you wouldn't get the drink but you would pay for it just to get the tea bags they only charge you $0.20 a tea bag and the drink was about $4 but you wouldn't get it when in other locations nearby they could sell you the tea bags without needing to buy a drink or any other item in the menu first I had an issue with a Starbucks cup then I had an issue with the T then I had to take issue with a coffee drink then I had the issue with the TV what's next the manager that was right in front of the register couldn't even granted she gave the no options to the cashier and the cashier obviously only doing his job apologize which was the only thing I I like about his positive attitude but that manager really or supervisor or lead or whoever she is doesn't realize she's brushing off customers like that and maybe I should just stick to the ones that are so busy and do give that courtesy attention for the customers that are purchasing other items that is not a drink...
Read moreSo disappointed in the RUDE batista this morning! My family loves the holiday cups and made sure I was going to get one for each of us this year! I set an alarm to wake up and be in line before they even opened (4:15am to be exact, I was the third car in the drive thru). I ordered 1 Grande WCM, 1 Grande Salted Caramel Mocha, and 2 Peppermint Hot Chocolates. I pull up and pay and the batista hands me one holiday cup. I politely asked if it was one holiday cup per order or one per Holiday drink. She proceeds to tell me one per Grande Holiday drink (I just ordered and paid for two and you still only handed me one, even though I should have gotten 4). I explain that Starbucks corporate has stayed numerous times, including social media, that it was one Holiday cup per each holiday beverage regardless of size. She says she'll check and then turns around and hands me 2 more cups (for a total of 3 now). As soon as I took the cups and placed them in the seat next to me she rude closed the window and walked away. I've never experienced such rude customer service from Starbucks!! Read moreI gave this place a two star only because of the night crew. And they should be getting a four or five. But I averaged out the minus two and came up with this two star rating. Morning and afternoon service is obsolete. Do not, I repeat, do not go into this place if you are on any type of time schedule. I am not trying to disrespect anybody so do not take this as anything other than it is, a description. These people look like a bunch of monkeys screwing a football. I have never seen so much confusion behind a counter. And out of the 25 or so times going there during the day, I would say that they have one successful completion of my order. I may have just ordered water that day I can't be sure. However, the average time spent in or out on the drive through varies. The drive through appears to be a priority. Time wise. Not accuracy. But inside, they fail at every level. You won't get three things there,your order right, your goal of getting out in a few moments, and absolutely, you will definitely not get good service.
