Update 4/25/2024** I decided to visit this location again. It has not improved! The #9 was haphazardly prepared and the overall quality of the sandwich is a far cry from what they used to be like. I place the blame on this lack of quality directly on the employees. They seem to be undertrained or dysfunctional. Not sure exactly what the problem is but I’ll never go back there again. Finito! Done!

The employees behind the counter today need A LOT more training. I ordered the #9 (Club) and it was a joke what I got. I had to answer my phone so I didn’t keep my eyes on it being prepared. Something told me to check the sandwich once I got in my car and it was a sloppy mess. Then I saw that the morons didn’t put bacon on it so I went back inside and they literally placed bacon strips on the side of the sandwich and wrapped it back up. I was tempted to ask the manager to get another made from scratch but decided it wasn’t worth it. Terribly rude and ignorant staff. The male on staff was aggravated when I told him the orders were wrong because the female cashier didn't take the order correctly. She explained that she only needed to know what 3 types of subs and that she would ask for the toppings when they were prepping. I said ok and sat down to wait. She never asked me. When I explained this to him, he became angry and expected me to write down the order! He kept blaming the Favor app as though his coworker hadn't blatantly decided to not write down the order the first time. I picked up the pen and explained that to him and said I would not write it down and tossed it back on the counter and told him to take the order then. He told me to leave. I did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE AS THE EMPLOYEES VERY CLEARLY WILL PURPOSELY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG AND THEN ANGRY WHEN YOU...

This place is crowded at lunch and for a good reason. The subs are the best. A half sub here is more than a foot long double everything elsewhere. The line is long but the manager keeps it moving. He shouts across the room to you to get your order so he can cut the meat for it fresh and get the bread ready before you get up there. There were at least 10 people ahead of us when we got there today during the lunch rush, but we got in and out in less than 5 minutes. The sanwiches are so good.
