The manager, Delissa at store #288 at 5001 Saratoga blvd, was extremely rude to everyone. Not only is she disrespectful to all of her employees yelling and cussing at them, she was also very rude and loud to a customer on the phone In front of other customers and was very disrespectful to an elderly trying to get his food. Swinging a customer food around calling his name and after two calls she throws his food on the counter and cussed at her cashier right in-front of me. Delissa also cussed out an employee telling him he needed to leave because she will not give him overtime pay when he was just trying to help and finish his shift due to the busyness. My cashier, Hailey, was very respectful and had amazing service with handling my order and following through until it was complete and kept having to apologize to the customers due to her managers actions and kept it professional as she was cussed at in front of me and others. Delissa should be fired and I’ve never seen such disrespect from a manager. How she was talking to everyone, her body language, and her attitude made me not even want to get my food from my favorite Whataburger. And this is not the first time she has done this. This is a regular thing for her and is plain out tacky for her actions to be loud in front of customers. I am a young teen, and even I know how to treat the people around me with respect and mannerism especially towards the elderly. Read moreCan't express how deserving this place is of 5 stars! No place is perfect, and fast food is even harder to perfect. But this Whataburger (on Saratoga and Everhart) definitely sets itself apart. From the warm inviting atmosphere to smiles from the employees faces, this place is amazing! Both Morning (shout-out to LINDA, always proactive friendly manager who never fails to disappoint) and Night shifts (i forgot his name 0_0, but super awesome manager, smaller build younger with curly hair and Jam-employee) deserve an applause, hands down (and preferably raise) because as a frequent customer I constantly and genuinely see these individuals go above and beyond what they are ask for (and that kind of dedication and hardwork is exhausting) . Not only to assistant a customer, but also to motivate, encourage, and have fun with their own employees. Which to me, this solidifies how exceptional This Whataburger is ! Go you guys! Read moreWent with my dad for a little visit, we purchased separate, he got a fish sandwich I got a buffalo ranch sandwich, he gets his in 8 minutes and is done eating by the time I go up and ask where my order is, they say they are waiting on the chicken, I wait another 15 minutes and my order still isn't out, I stare at the employees holding my receipt and they just glance at me a few times until I have to ask to speak to a manager and get a refund, it had been 30 minutes after my father finished eating obviously the whole point of the visit was ruined. Manager was rude, didn't try to apologize and just muttered that it'll be back in my account in 7-10 days, and I wasn't being a screamo, I remained friendly thinking the manager would try to make this a better experience, but apparently whataburger has gone downhill since I worked there, I really have no idea what happened here, but I don't think I'll ever go to this store again, and neither will my dad.
