Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Corsicana

I ordered four sandwiches in total I was about to drive away with only three whenever I corrected them about one missing sandwich I looked at my receipt & realized that she only had 3 on my order so I paid for the one extra sandwich they ended up giving me 4 deluxe sandwhiches AND they were all the WRONG SIZES when I had ordered 2 different types of sandwiches with 2 being deluxe only. This is probably the fourth time they get our order wrong but I keep going back because I figure maybe they're having a rough day or they are busy but they did not look busy when I went today 2/26 @ about 3:30pm. This will be my last time going to this location because it is always the same thing our orders are always wrong or we are always missing items from our orders and if we as customers are paying to be served and are paying for food we should get exactly what we order and exactly what we pay for MANAGER please do something about your employees train them better or hire new ones. It was about 10:50 am,not busy on our visit. Haven't been to a schlotzsky's in many years and now I remember why. The guy taking the order seemed like he was smoking too much weed. We ordered two small original sandwich meals and a child's turkey and cheese. Simple, right? Not if your toasted! He blanked out... and had to completely re-type the order in by memory smh and then messed it up 😠. By the time the food came, we just ate it and didn't complain. the food itself was good, no complaints about that. BUT way overpriced. The music sounded like we were at Woodstock, not pleasant and the decor itself seemed too singular, only for people who like that sort of psychedelic, hippie, free love lifestyle and the staff were living examples. Schlotzsky's sandwiches used to be so good, but now they are so inconsistent you never know what you'll end up with. It smelled like sewage when you walked in the door which was very off putting for a food establishment. The staff was nice, but had a lot of trouble getting our orders right. It's amazing how hard it is to get a sandwich with no meat! My sandwich was dripping with mayonnaise so much so that it was almost impossible to eat, and I couldn't tell if the bun that is usually delicious had waaay too much flour on it or if it was growing a culture.
