What an absolute joke of place.
My father and I decided to dine-in, and had to wait a short while to be attended. Once the employee took our order, he seemed to not understand that we just wanted three #6's, with two of those orders with steak instead of chicken. What is so hard about that?
We waited over twenty minutes, and when we received our order, it was two orders of chicken and one BEEF. My father took offense and called out the employee to correct our order. Manager stepped in and tried to correct our order, but again gave us chicken instead of steak.
At this point, we were just hungry and ate our order as is. Why is it that an employee, who is neither the one who took our order or the manager, threatened us to leave or he would call the police? What kind of workplace allows this sort of entitlement? Of course, we continued to eat our order, seeing that we hadn't done nothing wrong. Sure enough, the police showed up. As we explained the situation, the police officer was dumbfounded and said, "was this really all about a misplaced order?"
Shame on the employees to have wasted the officer's time; shame on the manager for allowing the employee to call the cops. Lastly, shame on me for wanting to go here in the first place. For sure the last time I ever decide...
Read moreWorst place ever i walked in to place my order. While i walk in to the store there is a young woman complaining about her food having a spoil taste as her children complained to her. She pretty much was returning the food. The front clerk was very unprofesional and rude to the young woman. I can't belive we still decided to place an order with my family and eat there. Taco Bell needs to hire the correct people with fully trained management experience, where they can make sure a customer is good taken care of and is always happy ready to come back and place there 2nd order and maybe a for ever order. I really feel the womans fustration. My experience was even worse the food I ordered for me and my family was cold, the meat felt like its been sitting there for ever, let me remind you i worked in a taco bell before. i know how their food looks like when in fresh and when is old. It's sad how the person responsible for this franchised store can let all of this take place and nothing done to make sure the woman was satisfied.
Their food is not fresh and customer service is horrible i will be complaining to their corporate store they are lucky that woman didnt file against them and i hope she does...
Read moreFood took 15-20 minutes to come out. There were about 4-5 cars all parked around the store waiting on their drive-thru order. The poor lady kept coming out with food & went to every car asking if that was our order. She was so embarrassed & said she was ready to walk out on them. I told her to keep her head up & she was doing a good job. My order wasn't right, so I went through again to let them know the item I was missing. Another lady popped her head out of the window to ask what was missing (I believe she had two-tone hair in a high bun - dark on top & blonde on bottom). She had poor customer service skills & seemed a little rude. After I told her what was wrong on my order, she turned & immediately started messing with her cell phone. When I had checked my food, I noticed the burritos weren't even made properly... Beans & sauce were everywhere - inside & outside the wrappers, so the bag was a mess! The place was a circus - nobody knows what they're doing, don't know how to properly make a burrito, and don't know proper customer service. I will not...
