The service for this location really needs some attention. I have been ordering here for the last 2 years and my experiences have been pretty mixed, with some consistent issues.
The food has always been pretty darn tasty and there are a variety of options and fun little specials that they do, however that is really where the positives end.
As I said in the beginning, the service and accessibility are seriously struggling. When faced with challenges this location seems to struggle significantly. Over the last two years, I have been met with inconsistent and uncommunicated operating hours changes, many issues with their online ordering system, and periotic issues with customer service among their staff.
There have been several instances where their operating hours changed on a whim, without any mention on their website or ordering software. I have wasted my time on several occasions visiting the location where it was supposed to be open, just to find out that they weren't. Very disappointing to say the least.
I typically order online, and their online ordering system is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes items that you can order perfectly fine in-store, will show up as unavailable or out-of-stock, or sometimes ordering would be just completely unavailable. After the first few times I called the location to be told that they turn online ordering off if they feel that they are too busy. They also don't take call-in orders during that time as well. In addition to this, they often forget to turn online ordering back on after they have these supposed rushes.
If you have issues with this location, you will likely be met with a wall of excuses, rather than exploring a solution, as this seems to be their go-to when presented an issue in my experience. It felt almost like pulling teeth when trying to get a refund for a messed up order.
As much as I would love to recommend this location because of how tasty their food is, I simply can't because of how much the negative overshadows the positive experiences. This location needs to seriously improve on how they operate when faced...

Place very clean, staff super friendly, handicap accessible parking, entrance and handicap accessible unisex single restroom, customers only. 🚻 Cute local art, loved the vibe here.
The menu offers a variety of great choices, Smash burgers, Burgers, grilled or fried chicken burgers, handcut fries, ice cream, Handmade milkshakes, and the TOTS are to live for ! Also a fine selection of wines, draft beers, tap beers, Jones sodas, ice tea, lemonade. Great bar area. Tables for larger groups or table for 1. Window seats available. We came in early, it wasn't too busy around 330-400 pm. Started to get much busier around 4pm. Gentle Music playing probably 1960s-70s style. Our server was extra friendly, helpful and cheerful, explaining the sauces, ect, everyone in the place looked happy and smiling. Customers and Staff. I took some photos I'll share but forgot to get a photo of the fabulous SAUCE menu! From Buffalo to blue cheese, there's many choices! It's a charcuterie of sauces available here ! Praise ! Food was served fairly quickly and looked, and tasted delicious!! Nice presentation! Zero complaints here ! It was so good ! I ate all of it, lol !

Read moreOnce upon a time, burgers were boring and pretty much the same across the board.
Then came Red Robin, who promised us gourmet burgers. But they instead gave us overpriced burgers with "Tavern" in the name.
Then, Five Guys tried their hand at the game. Five Guys in your mouth can be pretty fun, but it just doesn't quite hit the spot. You know the spot.
But then Bo and Vine showed up, and they dared to underestimate themselves. They chose a humble name, a decent location, and thought perhaps they'd see if they could make it work.
I say to you now, go experience their glory. Go get some crazy sauces made, because mixology isn't just for the bartenders anymore. Are you listening? You can have any combination of the sauces at their bar.
Oh, you might think that doesn't matter. Quit thinking, because you're wrong. Because these precious sauces don't just go on basic fries. They go on a pile of fries so insane and so fresh that they come in their own take out box, because you don't deserve to suffer with some tiny wax paper bag of them.
And then comes the burger. Get whichever one you want, I don't care. Because they're all a party in your mouth. They have burgers with ingredients I hate and refuse on anything else, but if it has the Bo & Vine brand on it (they brand their burgers like the cows that bravely sacrificed their boring cow lives for your meal), it is bonkers.
I guess what I'm saying is, stop living your life thinking you know what a good burger is. Eat here,...
