Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Corvallis

The food is always good here. Clean store and most of the employees are helpful and attentive. Except there is one female manger that is not. I had a carry out order set for 6:30. I arrived at the store around 6:05, so quite a bit early. She greeted me and I gave her my name. She found my order on the computer and asked if it was the timed order she had. I said it was but I am here now. She nodded and told me my total. I paid and attempted to make small talk. She was curt and nodded and then moved to the back. I waited in the store for my order to be ready.

About 6:20 an order appeared on the screen. I watched a different manage and CSR make the food and I noticed that was what I ordered. Turns out the female manager on duty never bothered to inform the pizza makers that their timed order was there early. So now I had to wait another 7 minutes or so for my order. I didn't get out of the store till just around 6:30 or so.

This store was not busy. As a former shift manager and long time delivery driver myself in the past, I know how this is supposed to be handled. This was not it. Everyone else who worked there was very professional and polite. She was not what I would expect.

I would be leaving this review on your internal website, but the Domino's Tracker website for this store hasn't worked in at least 6 months. So I can't leave any...

If I could give this location negative stars I would. You will NOT get your order on time. That should be their guarantee. I regularly purchase pizza from Dominos, and consistently the Monroe location goes below even the most minimal performance. The food is often cold and/or old, and even the in-person atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable like even the employees hate working there. Recently, though, I had an awful experience in which the orders were marked complete nearly 45 minutes before the pizza arrived. I called the store after a generous amount of time (20-30 minutes AFTER the delivery window), and was left on hold for yet another 30 minutes! Now I have a house full of hangry people, and I absolutely regret convincing them to let us get delivery at Dominos. I don't see myself spending money on this location again, unless something is done to rectify this. If you want to feel confused and ignored, go ahead and risk ordering here, especially if you want delivery. Otherwise, consider literally ANY...

Completely unhappy with our order. We are from out of area and use the website to order so it could be delivered to our motel. Website wait time was 50 to 60 minutes which is understandable on a busy night. However, an hour and a half later there was still no pizza or any of the other items that we ordered. When I called to verify an issue with the order not arriving in a reasonable time whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and had said that the wait time would be 2 to 3 hours. When I questioned that I was told that the website was wrong so I asked "so you're telling me that a pizza I ordered at 10:30 won't be delivered until 1:30 a.m.?"
