Their food is nearly above average, but they can’t maintain the quality of the food. I tried both dine in and take out. I order the same dishes but the food tastes extremely different, don’t know what happened in the back of the kitchen. The food tastes like it’s made from an amateur chef when the second time I visit there. GO HERE!! This place is amazing. The fried rice is my favorite in town! I drive from Albany just for it. All the food is always made perfectly and to order, you’ll never get a cold meal. The man that runs the restaurant is so very sweet! He runs it all himself and I really hope everyone that reads this goes and gives it a try, you won’t regret it. I have been eating at Shaghai Wok every week since 2020. This is the best Chinese restaurant! Kevin runs this place by himself, and I definitely recommend talking to him and getting to know him.
