Don't know when this happened, or if there's new ownership, but last week when my husband went to pick up dinner, he said none of the regular staff that he recognized were there, and they said they no longer carry Gluten Free bread as an option at all, which means that my husband and I can't enjoy a Subway sandwich together any more. We have been regular customers for years now and the folks working wouldn't even give him a break just once and let him use our coupon to get a sandwich for me and a salad bowl for him. It was a real disappointment, after being consistent customers of this location for years now, that they couldn't offer just a little bit of flexibility. We are an hour away and can’t come get the food. We replied to the confirmation email too letting you know to cancel and issue a refund. I hate for you to waste the food so hopefully you get one of our messages. Question: If you aren’t going to answer your phone why don’t you have a cancel option in the app or a way for your customers to communicate with you. Servers often assume I only want a half sandwich because I’m a little on the smaller side even though I said I wanted a foot long. I pretty much only go after or before I donate blood so I get a big appetite. Servers almost never ask what size I want even though I need a foot long.
