Great Locally owned little shop! Friendly Staff ,Clean Shop ,and the food is freshly made and delicious . We finally were able to stop by and they did not dissapoint! my boyfriends sandwich was a "two hander" Italian bagel .He was pleasantly suprised at the texture of the bagel said it was perfect for a sandwich and not tough or too dense. Bagel Girls is absolutely deserving of the hype it is getting locally. I just had one of their bagels for the first time (sun dried tomato and basil) and it was incredible. These bagels have just the right texture. They're just a tiny bit chewy on the outside while still being fluffy on the inside. My bagel was toasted to perfection.
