If you remember what cafe bars once were, or would just like to know, stop in at Lisa's. The burger and fries was good, the brewed tea better. Play some pool on the coin op tables and relax in 1960 once again. Do be aware it's a smoker's cafe and if you don't recall what that's like it's a bit smokey in the air and a tad dirty. But hey, this is what they all once we're and not so many remain.
November 2022. New owners. It was called Lisa's if i recall, now it's Alibi. It's much better, non-smoking, my chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and of huge size. Iced tea was very good. There's a larger room in the back. It still reminds me of the old school bar& grill, but this one is definitely family friendly, and i really enjoy that kind atmosphere. Last night was the first time I went to alibi's my little sister came to visit from Ohio as well so me my sister her boyfriend my dad and his girlfriend decided to go in there have a few drinks and listen to the band. The Thursday night karaoke is pretty freaking awesome! The people who run it are SUPER FRIENDLY, and unlike a lot of bars with karaoke who mostly only let their friends/regulars sing (regardless of who's signed up to go next...Akikos) these people are fair and follow the "whoever signed up next sings". The drinks are stout, and prices are cheap! Great little atmosphere. There was almost a fight that broke out, but the staff there diffused the situation, and everything was fine. I will visit...
