Lazy Cow Creamery & Sweets — Restaurant in Corydon

Okay so I love ice cream it's Friday night it's later than usual I'm normally in bed at 9:00 so we're out there at 7:00 and I get the non-dairy raspberry ice cream because I don't want to feel bloated when I go to bed. It was kind of bland but for non-dairy I guess it was okay. It will run through you the next day though just be aware. But there was no music playing it was really quiet kind of odd they have like these candy wall displays but there was no candy in them. And when you walk in it of course it smells like an ice cream shop which was fine. It was clean and everyone was nice. But it was just okay! I love reading all the reviews by other people and their right I wanted a cake cone with one scoop but that thing is massive! Because I wanted like a scoop of one flavor and a scoop of something else and you couldn't get that. However in my cone they put two scoops in so why couldn't they just change up the flavor. Edited: Drastically better with service than it was months ago. The ice cream is good and it's about the only location in Corydon for real ice cream. (I'm not counting Dairy Queen and their lack of chocolate ice cream the last time I went)

I'll be honest, the ice cream, the sizing and the atmosphere is great. Love it for a small time ice cream shop. Unfortunately, every single time we come in to get ice cream, it's faster to watch paint dry. I'll never forget the time when 3 people were in front of us and it still took 20 minutes to get our ice cream. Today, the line was 30 people deep so we decided to go without ice cream. We also watched another family open the door and immediately turn around. We'll try again when it's not so busy and hopefully I can be more positive on the service side in regards to speed. Service took absolutely to long the young gentleman they have here are more focused on talking and playing around then making the orders. The gentleman handed me a drink and I asked if the cream was added as it did not look as if. And he blatantly stated "oh yea there should be?" Upon asking the other gentleman if there was cream in it he then said they are out. So why was I lied to? Also ended up walking out bc the young man never came out with my ladies Dubai chocolate cup but served the same exact item to 3 other women that ordered well after us? Did he forget?
