The reason why iam giving 2 starts is for the extra work done by the drive through lady, First time seeing a drive through on the passenger side , I had to get out of my car to assist the lady , lady has to go in and out 3 times one to get payment , one to bring back card and 1 to bring your food, This is not their fault because they are doing they way how this place was design for drive through, not sure if city approved this joke. They should close it and just do walk ins , you can see the frustration of team member when they have to all of the extra work , shame on ownership that knows this and don’t do anything about it,
I was seating on my car when the lady came out and one customer inside was laughing and moving his head saying do you really has to do all this , feel bad for employees there, Appearance and cleanliness on employees has to be # 1 as well because they are handling your food.
This is a second Cjunior i go that the whole system is running downhill, not sure if inspector from Cjr don’t care about their name and reputation is not being...
Read moreFirst, oddly the drive thru was on the left side. It appeared to be old so perhaps that's why. The employees seemed a bit older also. My card was swapped by 2 people before it was given back to my by a 3rd person. The communication seemed off or at least it seemed as though they were not working well together. It was a nuisance and they seemed to be working extra. So much so that the person who handed me my order didn't realize I had switched my drink from root beer to cherry Coke (because I was told by another person they didn't have root beer), and she didn't know I hadn't gotten my burger. All of this movement and chaos and the burger was not that great at all. After a little wait. All in all there was way too much going on. I can only imagine it...

I recently visited the Carl’s Jr. in Costa Mesa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. As someone currently facing homelessness, I appreciate how challenging it can be to carry your belongings from place to place. The staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe. Upon receiving my meal, I found it to be delicious—a testament to the quality of their food. But what truly stood out was the staff’s vigilance. As I dozed off, they noticed someone attempting to go through my belongings. They promptly intervened and ensured my safety. Their kindness and attentiveness touched my heart. I wholeheartedly recommend this Carl’s Jr. location. The outstanding staff and great meal make it a five-star experience. Thank you for looking out for me during a...
