Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

Ordered 3 bowls. The guys come out with the food wiping mucus off his nose. Gets the hand sanitizer and before it even dries he bags it up and gives it to us. This is the guy who puts the toppings and lids on our food. Great! You can’t wipe your damn nose right before giving me my damn food. With your sloppy hand sanitizer going all over the place. We dont know if he’s sick. What a waste of $40 dollars. We just threw the food away. Tired of having to complain about service at places we like to frequent. Never going back here ever again. This is the weakest Flame Broiler I have ever been to!!! And the most expensive!!! Very small portions compared to other FB stores. Called in my order to pick up. Told the guy no cabbage but of course they put cabbage in my son’s bowl anyway cuz the employee didn’t seem to understand English very well. My mom had a coupon for a new chicken avocado salad & the picture looks decent with dark spring mix & lots of avocado but it had zero dark lettuce. I ordered the Korean spicy chicken and the cook put way too much spicy sauce, I couldn’t enjoy the food because with too much of that sauce it turns the rice into a mushy over sauced consistency that is extremely spicy even for me, i was sweating bullets.
