I do not recommend coming here. Honestly my drink had to be remade twice. The first time it was remade, the person that remade my drink didn't even look at my drink to see what to do. Since I told her I ordered a vanilla latte and I couldn't taste the vanilla she just made a vanilla latte. I have sensitive teeth and am lactose intolerant. She gave me the normal temperature drink with 2% milk. The frother milk was basically on its way to a cappuccino. I had paid for blonde shots and did not get that on my remake. My S.O had to go to get it remade since I didn't want to seem rude. He did not know what I ordered so I wrote down the codes on the cup, since I work at a Starbucks, and she did not know her codes. He had to explain it to her and he does not work for a Starbucks. It's kind of ridiculous that someone is there to remake drinks and doesn't even know her codes. Stay away and go to another one. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at the Starbucks in South Coast Plaza today. Given that it was one of the busiest times of the week at the mall, the store seemed entirely unprepared to handle the volume of customers. There was only one cashier open, resulting in a line that stretched out of the store. It took me about 30 minutes just to place my order, which was frustrating enough.
After ordering, the wait continued. I received my sandwich after 20 minutes, and unfortunately, it was soggy and unappetizing. My regular black coffee took even longer, and despite waiting patiently, nobody called my name. I finally had to ask about my order, only to be questioned about what I had ordered. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to customer service was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Starbucks is usually known for its quality and efficiency, but this experience was far below expectations. I hope management addresses both the staffing issues and the quality of food and service, especially...

When zachary ( zach) tall caucasian guy I told him i ordered trenta not grande , he didn’t apologized and told me you have to pay the difference. I told him that’s not fault to take my order wrong.
