Trader Joe's — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

I was getting my groceries around 8pm today and was being attended by a nice young man, very friendly and polite. We were having such a great interaction and afterwards the conversation was abruptly interrupted by a tall blonde white Woman who’m i believe was the manager and just gave him such a hard time. His facial expressions went from having a big smile to looking defeated. This experience was deeply disappointing. In all my 30 years shopping at Trader Joe’s, I’ve never witnessed such behavior, especially in a workplace known for its positive and supportive environment. I made sure to let the employee know he was doing an excellent job and encouraged him not to let those moments impact him. Trader Joe’s has built its reputation on a culture of happy employees and excellent customer service. I hope this message serves as a reminder of the importance of treating staff with respect and dignity. And so who doesn't love Trader Joe's every time I go here there's always a wonderful surprise where you can sample things and taste things in the back the same goes with the wine area it's just a great place to shop everything is fresh people are busy everybody's there seems to be happy and I do never encounter the problems at a regular grocery store in terms of long lines poor politics and bad management. This door is always clean neat and tidy has a great selection it's what Trader Joe's is all about I would go here time and time and time and time again and I would recommend for everyone else to do the same if it's for bottle of wine a great piece of cheese some fresh meat these guys are dialed in and they've got it going on I love Trader Joe's and...

Always great! I love their Electric Buzz coffee! So good! And their Non-alcoholic beer! It tastes just like regular beer without the buzz! I love the taste of beer, but I hate getting buzzed or drunk. So this stuff is perfect! It tastes so good with a freshly BBQ'd steak! Yum! And then there's the Dark Russet potato chips! O!M!G! They are SO good! Enjoy! 03/18/23 - Update... Well... the Electric Buzz code is gone. The Dark Russet Potato chips are gone! Never to return! This is the only thing I don't like about Trader Joe's! They are always discontinuing stuff! It sucks! But, it's still a great place. And they still have the beer. Thank gawd! And the staff is always amazing! Great people work...
