I went there (cottleleville location, midrivers mall) for 1st time since moving to missouri and was told it's better and fresher than Chipotle so my mom, my daughter and I went. We get there and a little disappointed at the menu when we first pull up it's so small and leaves so many questions. 30 seconds later a guy asks If we can pull to window so we ask if we can just have a moment..we don't know menu and have never been here before...we try to be quick because we don't even know how it works and only take a minute or so and say screw it let's just do this or that, we pull up to the window and wait about 3 minutes...nobody ever comes..wait a little longer then don't know what to do...so we pull into a spot and go in..there's what I assume to be a teenager two feet from drive thru window looking complete opposite direction not paying attention..and two other employees a little further away talking..we go to order and the person serving is short and rude...when I order I say I'll have steak burrito bowl and she just stares at me. Thought she didn't hear me so I repeated and she says yeah what rice with a really rude attitude..said I'm sorry never been here don't know how it works..she continues to help me with a rude attitude and we finally finish ordering. Get to cashier and he rings us up not greeting us or anything and we pay and leave. Turns out they didntngive us our child's milk or juice option, didn't even ask I'd we needed a beverage also, and we paid for a child's soda we didn't receive. We go to leave and there's a dude in uniform leaning against wall like he's sleeping in drive thru...and get some and steak is very old, hard to chew and they went very cheap. Not surprised there was only one other customer...service, food, attitude, cleanliness...total zeros. Order number TM2057 if management cares at all...host only says drawer 2. Never going here again...will definitely tell people about our experience as 1st...
Read moreI just left Qdoba spending about $12 for lunch on the worst quesadilla! It’s so soggy and soupy like eating soupy bread! My husband and I were just there on April 26 and I had a chicken quesadilla and it was sooo good and the tortilla was toasted perfectly, that I’ve been wanting one since then. However, this time the lady who made it did a terrible job! I told her I wanted a chicken quesadilla, she asked what did I want on it, and I said cheese, she proceeded to immediately go and pour queso all over it. Yes , queso is cheese, but typically if you want queso, you say, “queso.” I wanted shredded cheese, but since she had already poured it all over the top of my Chicken I just told her it was fine, but I was wrong, it’s not fine. It’s terrible. All I wanted on it was shredded cheese and pico. She was stingy with the chicken and then when I saw her take it off of the quesadilla grill some of the chicken had dropped off, and she pushed it down into the grill tray. I’m sorry, but she was already stingy with the chicken so I wanted all the chicken that I paid for that dropped off. As soon as I got home, I went to eat it and it is like wet soggy dough. I’m so disappointed. There’s nothing like having something that is really good and going back to get it again and it’s the total opposite, terrible! The other thing is that she was in such a hurry to fix my quesadilla she was picking up the spoon for different ingredients like she was going to add them on there. You would’ve thought there was someone behind me, but there wasn’t or that it was her quesadilla and not mine. I gave two stars because the quesadilla I had the week before was really good....
Read morePlaced an order on the Qdoba website for delivery, which Qdoba then uses a 3rd party to actually deliver (Doordash). I get a text that my order has been delivered, however there was no food on my porch, no delivery photo, and no food accidentally delivered to any of my neighbors. I check my Qdoba email confirmation, and am directed to call the store location directly with any issues. When I called the store, the manager didn't even ask for my order number, and told me that I needed to contact doordash since I had "ordered through them". I tried to explain that I ordered through the Qdoba site (NOT doordash), and had an email confirmation and order tracking through Qdoba, and was continually met with "there's nothing we can do" response. When I asked for a distrct or regional manager's contact info, it was refused because they were on vacation. After getting zero help, we finally drove up to the location (defeating the purpose of the delivery fee we paid), showed them the confirmation from QDOBA, and they finally agreed to re-make our order, which is all we needed to begin with. I am blown away that I wasn't even asked for an order number, or offered anything beyond "there's nothing we can do" by a MANAGER. While I did get irritated as the conversation went on and we went nowhere, the complete lack of willingness to even listen to the issue was unacceptable. Not to mention that this is a situation corporate clearly needs to fix as far as orders not delivered since they use a 3rd party...
