I hate to be āthat customerā but I do spend a lot of money here. Yes, I choose to, and actually got my coworkers on the band wagon. However, after today, I just will not be coming back. The service has been rapidly declining. As someone who was in the service industry, Iām empathetic about the job. ESPECIALLY during the holidays. Today for the 4th of July it was forsure chaotic. I made sure to express empathy and just be patient. However, the girl with black hair and eyeliner wearing jeans and Nike Air Force ones was unpleasant from the start. When I finally got up to grab my order I was asked 5 times (yes you are reading this correctly) about what I ordered. Workers were cussing at each other, my order wasnāt even made yet, then they openly admitted no one in lane two had their order taken yet. So that left lane one. I saw them take about 4 orders plus they had maybe three orders at the walk up window. I waited about 35 mins and you have 7 orders between about 8 of you and canāt handle that? The girl with black hair and eyeliner was rude when I asked nicely if I should just cancel my order and get a refund. She raised her voice at me and said I donāt know and walked away and turned to a co worker and said she wasnāt helping anymore. Unacceptable behavior. Wonāt be coming...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you had asked me to review 7 Brew when they opened, or even earlier this week, I would have given a 3-4 at minimum, but after my visit today, I was unfortunately shown that their quality consistency problem has not yet been addressed. Some days, their team puts out the smoothest, most delicious coffee drink Iāve ever consumed. But other days, like today, you receive a gross cup of bitter, burnt espresso with a heavy sprinkling of used grounds mixed in for flavor. Unfortunately today, even at home doctoring couldnāt salvage the drink and it was sacrificed to the drain. If you have the time and enjoy the good days, I would recommend using the walk up window so you can see which crew is working. Sadly, different team members seem to have been trained on different machines, so not all crew groupings have the ability to properly make coffee drinks, so some crew groupings (i.e. the C team) will consistently make a poor quality drink. For those wondering why I wouldnāt ask for the drink to be corrected, I asked in the past when a chiller was made with the wrong flavor and was therefore the wrong color to be remade, I was abrasively told I was wrong and they would not remake the drink. Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I just wanted to treat myself to my normal drink that I would typically get at the highway 94 location. I was just closer to St Peter location today and made that mistake. Will definitely never be repeating it though. The guy that took my order was very sweet even when I had to modify my drink after I ordered it already. (Light ice) The issue came up whenever I was handed a blue drink over a slightly light purple drink. I told them that it was the wrong drink and the person at the bar copped an attitude about it. I could hear her saying, I put the right things in it. I took a sip of the drink. It was blue raspberry... not what I ordered. I get blackberry lavender and it has a very specific color that I am used to getting. They didn't offer to remake it at all so I just drove away and I'm still unsatisfied with it.
I understand when places are busy attitudes are high but that's no reason to make somebody's drink wrong and tried to pass it off as you didn't make a mistake. I get dealing with customers isn't the most fun thing to do, but if you cannot maintain a professional manner around them, you shouldn't work where you deal with the public
Next time I'm in the area and want a drink, I will be taking my business to Ziggy's not...
