Gaslights/blames you when you tell them you've been waiting in your car for 15 minutes. Won't pick up the phone to inquire about your curbside order, even though the app instructs you to call regarding undelivered curbside. Marks undelivered orders as delivered. Stops the curbside timer the moment you check-in so they don't have to give you a free pizza for forcing you to come inside to get your pizza. Deliveries can take up to 2 hours. Once I got a pizza 5 hours after I ordered it. Won't answer the phone, so you can't cancel. Won't fix your online order, and will insist that you email customer support even though the app explicitly instructs you to call the store to resolve online order issues. One time a delivery driver pounded on our door so hard and for so long that he managed to cut himself. He left blood all over our pizza and our door. He then proceeded to shine a flashlight inside our house and yell at us for an additional 5 minutes. This was a no contact delivery, during COVID lockdowns. One time I went inside to get my pizza. Cameron said it wasn't finished because there was an issue and it had to be remade. I showed Cameron that the app said it was delivered. Another employee overheard this and gave me my pizza. As I was getting my pizza, Cameron told me he went outside to give it to me, but he had to bring it back in because I wasn't there. I then pointed to my car that was parked directly in front of the door with the hazards on. I asked Cameron why he lied to me. Read moreOkay so, this is hard but… we ordered online for pickup, and when they said it was ready and we got there, we waited for a full 40 minutes before they told us that our order was coming out. On the website it said it was ready, but it wasn’t.. and when we asked they said they had JUST put it in even though everything on the website said otherwise. I even saw people walking in and leaving, along with delivery cars too. Why is my simple order taking 40 minutes? I had one pizza, and some garlic knots. So then why is my order I made about 20 minutes ago taking another forty minutes?? This is incredibly disappointing. Not to mention, when going in, workers were flustered and confused. This is just poor management and work skills, especially for a place I held high. I get working food is hard, but when I wait 40 minutes, after ordering early bc I didn’t have time and was already rushing?? No, it’s not fun. Not to mention the food being cold as I got it. If you had it enough for it to get cold, why didn’t I get it earlier?? It’s great food, but the service, and how disorganized it was?? Read moreI manage a busy bar around the corner from this store. I just spent $85 dollars on 3 large pizzas for my staff. The staff that I MANAGE. I would never in a million years write a bad review about customer service. If you look at my review history 99% of it is of the GOOD service I have had. Cameron, the “general manager” was so rude and unprofessional to me today on the phone. My 3 pizzas came for my staff, 1 veggie and 2 pepperoni. The pepperoni was so burnt and disgusting. The veggie was so soggy you would pick up a slice and it would completely fall apart. After refusing to call, my staff finally convinced me to call and complain. While I was outside calling, Cameron let me know he can only replace the pizza if we have the old ones to return. I came inside to see my hungry staff still dug into everything. He refused to replace all three and offered to replace 2. I just think whoever is teaching Cameron customer service should consider how bad this looks. I’m never this upset about something and never like making a complaint. Cameron was so unprofessional and rude. I’m beyond shocked and honestly really bummed that I need to find a new pizza place.
