We went in to get dinner for our family. After we placed the order it was a reasonable amount of time, a little long of a wait but not bad, till our order was ready. Since we were in a rush we took it and went without going over everything, not smart. When we got back to eat we found we were missing three kids drinks, and a chocolate shake. My kids are young, missing three drinks and having to have children share mine made the night much less peaceful at dinner.
After dinner we returned an hour later, receipt in hand to get a refund. When the manager came over they at first said that our order was not from tonight, I had to show them on their own receipt where the date was, then they said we will just make it for you now. Sorry dinner is over manager, as is the fighting with kids who each wanted their own drink and instead took mine. Then they just apologized and acted like I had not just requested a refund. I WANT MY MONEY BACK MANAGER! When she finally decided what I was asking was not unreasonable, they told me I would have my refund in a few days.
Let me give everyone a quick tip on fair. Fair is I show up, I pay, I get my food. Fair is NOT I have to have an unpleasant dinner, return, show them proof of when on the receipt in their own hands that they should know how to find on their own. Then reiterate 'I want a refund' while they pretend that saying sorry is enough because they don't want to give me my money back for product they didn't deliver on. It was only a few dollars, but the lack of customer care was priceless.
By the way the food was good, better than a lot of fast food, could have been a repeat customer, instead now I tell others 'Umm... not a fan, let's go somewhere else .'

Read moreThe good the crew member that helped me was very pleasant, prompt, helpful & courteous. She gave me without question the extra fry sauces I asked for which is always nice. The fry sauce at the pumps is much better than the prepackaged. Glad I noticed the fresh fry sauce (it’s like a thousand island with pickles in it. It’s so delicious). The cup fry sauce is good too but not as flavorful. Plus nothing beats fresh made. Their double Char burger with cheese is one of the most flavorful hamburgers I’ve ever had. The three onion rings in my order of half & half were so sweet & delicious. Tasted like donuts not onion rings.
The bad my order of fries & onion rings was a paltry amount. Like a completely overpriced joke only had ten fries & three onion rings. Not at all worth the $4 paid for them. Is it because I asked for napkins & the complimentary ranch on my online order?!
The fries were awful soggy, hardly cooked & almost completely flavorless. The cup of ranch was hot & bad tasting. The vegetables on our burgers tasted kind of off & had a slimy mouthfeel. The chili peppers are beyond spicy biter beware. Asked for burgers to be cooked well done they weren’t they were medium still had pink.
The ugly This time something in my takeout order though almost all was delicious (except fries absolutely horrible) gave me horrendous diarrhea. I was literally running to my bathroom. Might’ve been the cup of ranch or vegetables on the burger that tasted kind of off. The mushroom burger had last time made me sick for a week (maybe they use bad or wild mushrooms).

They were all ignoring me when I came in to the front counter and they didn't treat me with respect, especially the manager in blue that was working in the front counter. She was just on her phone and never greeted anyone.. she had her back turned and all you can hear is her TikTok, she had her phone really loud. She was very rude to me. I told her I was ready to order and she ignored me. I heard her cook tell her in spanish "you need to help the person up front and not ignore her because you already got in trouble for calling another customer a cara de chango, you dont want to get in more trouble." And the lady in blue said back to her "I don't care they aren't going to get me in trouble." and then she came turned around and asked me in english what I wanted. I told her I knew she could hear me and ignored me and that she was being disrespectful, and she just rolled her eyes and asked what I wanted again.
