I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life! I was headed over for a curbside pickup and said I was on my way with the little button in my email. I arrived at the store just before closing and called them to have my curbside pickup brought out to me. The phone rang and then someone picked up and immediately hung up not saying anything. So I called again, the same thing happened. This went on for about 10 minutes and I got out of my car to see if I could just go in--but by then they had locked all of their doors. So I called again--this time someone answered and DIDN'T hang up on me.... YET! She answered like this: "WE ARE FREAKING CLOSED!" I told her I was really frustrated because I had gotten there in time, called, but kept getting hung up on and I just needed my order brough out--while in the middle of explaining this, she just hung up on me. Michael’s is always a visually splendid experience. It makes me want to hop around and buy all the bunnies and floral picks. You know they price their merch to be sold at the standard 40% off, at least the seasonal. This Easter season, the bunnies weren’t as cute and fun as usual. If you see a tag you still want to hop… into an ambulance. Things are now priced so that with 40% off it would equal last year’s full price. Ex 2025: $20 at 40% off = $12. Last year the regular price was $12 with 40% off to equal $7. Big jump. If you’re not number junkie like me, you may not notice how bad it is. And the every day items? If you don’t have a 50% off from the app and purchase it online for pickup (seriously) you may need a second mortgage. Still...

I recently had a curbside pickup that I had intended to pickup at the West Jordan store. West Jordan was not helpful at all in finding out where my order was. I called Midvale & wasn't even put on hold. She told me my order was there & told me that there'd been a system problem with orders going to different stores. When I went to pickup my order I decided to go in & shop around a bit. Every employee I encountered was very friendly. When I checked out, the cashier made sure that I was given any & all discounts & coupons. They treated me like I was a regular customer & they were happy to see me.
