This McDonaldâs was fine until I tried to place a pickup order through their own app. When I arrived, I checked into parking spot #4 and the app said the wait would be about five minutes. Great! Most McDonaldâs get it out even sooner. After five minutes turned into ten minutes which turned into fifteen, I called TWICE to see if anyone would pick up so I could get an update on my order. Nobody answered and I was directed to voicemail twice. Mind you, itâs early morning and theyâre not busyâ thereâs only a few cars in and out of the drive through. So I walk into the lobby. Again, theyâre not busy so itâs totally empty. I walk up to the counter and nobody greets me, theyâre busy shouting at each other about orders and finally one lady shouts something to her coworkers in Spanish after finally glancing up at me. Finally, one worker begrudgingly walks up to the counter to see what I want, and I find that my food has been sitting there this entire time, growing cold, because nobody knew how to walk 20 feet across the parking lot? The manager (?) as he handed it to me even said something along the lines of âOh sorry, we forgot to walk it out to you, but itâs all here.â Good job McDonaldâs. IT'S 4 YEARS LATER, NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! AVIOD LET ME REPEAT MY SELF!!! AVOID this location, employees are unhappy and it shows in the way they treat you. Long wait times, they have you pull forward from the drive thru, not because they are busy or even short handed. It's for show so it looks like they have helped you and sent you through the drive thru at break neckle speed. Looks good on the locations statistics, paper work to upper management. But it's just the opposite long wait times, oh yeah make sure your order is correct and all there in the sack check your receipt. Run and managed by kids. Guaranteed long wait, order is wrong. Disrespectful employees. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT THIS LOCATION

An employee who doesn't know what your order is will be going through the bag to see what's in it and ask you what you ordered, and or another customer they have given your order to going through the bag to tell them it's not their order, just before they give it to your. When we were gonna ask for a little extra sauce she glared at us right in the eye and slammed the window shut. Did not end up with enough sauce. This is insane like how the hell are you gonna treat a paying customer like that. She tried to get out of making our food by telling us the system is down. And then the moment we had our food she slammed the window on us knowing that we still needed assistance. It seems like every time I go to McDonald's it gets worse and worse and worse. I would give 0 stars in I could. That was my official last visit to McDonald's. Food quality isn't that good, which is expected, it's fast food. But consitency no longer exists, and apparently customer service doesn't anymore. McDonald's will be going out of business sometime in the near future if they don't find a way to solve the issue.
