Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cottonwood

I would of not given any stars,but that wasn't an option.Anyway....I don't understand Domino's going national and not letting you call your neighborhood store.Case in point...Yesterday I called and had the non pleasure of speaking to a young Indian ( from India) who I could bearly understand after 3 attempts,and vice versa.....So...my question is.....why would you hire someone who doesn't speak or understand English,...to take orders for you??? Very counter productive,I would say.Upon entering the store,she had not even ordered it for me.The associate there told me they had had many complaints concerning this very same experience.He also told me that they had lost almost half of their buisness since this has been in lplace.C'mon Dominos....There... has to be a better solution??.Are you trying to go broke??? I doubt it....but your buisness practice is at...

Ordered a very large order and was given no ETA, called in to check on status of delivery and was told it would be headed right out. Went in after another 30 minutes and was told that they hadn't even started it and asked for a delivery refund. The night shift manager Jade told me that she did not have the authority to modify the payment on the order and that she could not give me a discount after waiting an hour and 15 minutes. She proceeded to be extrely rude about receiving payment and tellinge she could not give me any detail to contact the general manager/owner regarding our issues. Stated she called the number and that it rang as disconnected which it did not. Eventually got to the point that she wouldn't work with us to resolve the issue so she decided to threaten us...

We waited an hour and a half and still no pizza. I called the store to cancel the order. They seemed surprised. I was surprised too. The store is a quarter mile away.

I wouldn’t trust this store for anything after this. Terrible way to run a business.They finally delivered while I was out trying to find an alternative dinner. My wife turned them away and told them they were too late. They didn’t even bother to tell their driver. 😡

I was really hungry so I went exploring and found an excellent pizza place in Vinnie’s. They had a full staff, they were courteous and friendly and I got a much better pizza for about the same price. Don’t put up with bad food and service...
