Slowest tbell of all time. Good luck getting your order!
I was picking up a pre order for someone, they had ordered twenty minutes before I arrived. I went in to pick their order up and the girl said it wasn’t ready and she was “checking me in”. She gives me a cup to get their beverage, and I sit at a table within earshot and eyeshot of the counter.
Ten minutes come and go. Twenty minutes come and go. I’ve been texting the person whose order I’m picking up by that point, nothing on their end either. They call a couple other peoples names orders are ready.
Twenty five minutes pass, 45 minutes from time of order! And now I’m angry, the customer I’m picking up for is angry, 45 minutes for fast food burritos/tacos??? (Your customers time is valuable too). I go back to the counter to ask, and to my surprise, yes, the order is ready! It’s just been sitting there! For who knows how long, They never called the name!! What is the point in checking someone in, if that’s even a real thing they do, and not just something they say, to then not call the name?
There was a couple that came in right after me and only ordered bean burritos and beverages and when I was leaving (angrily), they didn’t have their food yet either! They were also commiserating while we were all waiting about taking half an hour to get a fast food refried bean burrito saying they should’ve just gone to the store they’d...
Read moreI say this is one of the best taco bells around, and I am a BIG fan of taco bell. The burritos are always full, not skimpy. The people that work there are always so nice to me and I am a miserable person that seems to always be having a bad day. Then I go to taco Bell, gorge out on cheap yet amazing tacos, get treated nicely by friendly people and feel better about my crap life. I appreciate that. I'm usually there late at night and have never had any lack of service or heard that any menu items were sold out or anything. Also I try not to eat so much meat even though Taco Bell's is so tasty, so practically everything I order is modified with meat swapped for beans. They have never even gotten my modified orders wrong! Kudos for that! Only thing I don't like is the app because it's the only way you can get all the discounts and the points take too long to add up, that's probably because the prices are so low you can't spend enough to make it worth it for them to give better bonuses on the app. Anyway, that's a complaint about the mobile app. Camp Verde Taco Bell is great! Thank you for being my...
Read moreMy husband and I get food here for our kiddo quite often. Usually the people are very friendly, but tonight was a difficult story. There was a blonde girl with gauges at the window (I had never seen her before). I was very nice to her but she was not very friendly. I kept a good attitude with her, and once I had gotten my meal I parked in front of the building to make sure I received all the food I ordered. They had forgotten one taco (which they usually forget at least one item, hence why I doubled checked) so I went inside, sense drive thru had a line. I went in with my receipt and had let the man up front know that a taco was misplaced. He was very nice about it but I had gotten a few dirty looks from the girl in drive thru. She rolled her eyes a few times, and was very unprofessional. I use to work at McDonald’s so I understand the fast food life, but I have never treated someone/a customer so poorly. Mistakes happen. She was just very rude. We probably won’t be coming here as often anymore!
Also, when I got home my husband noticed the jalapeños missing on...
