Casey's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

This Casey's does not care about customer service. I live close to this store and work close to this store. I always wash my car there. I buy gas order pizzas. I'm done. Their customer service is awful. Today, I tried 3 vacuum s. The first 2 started and did not have any suction at all. I mean, no suction. The third one just took my money and did nothing. I went into the store and told the men working. The youngest one told me that there was nothing he could do about it. The older man said nothing. I told them the least thing they could put out of order on them. I will never use this Casey's again. In the morning, they also have horrible people working there. They only want your money they could care less...

This has to be one of the most disappointing Casey’s I’ve been to, pretty consistently are the warmers not full and if anything it’ll still have breakfast food left in it at 11. The only thing I can say this place has going for it is the building itself looks good, on the inside not so much, bathrooms usually are left a mess as well as the counters. And Im not going to point fingers specifically but I’ve over heard employees borderline arguing with customers and one time was offered a bag for my items, i declined and then was asked “but why”. The level of unprofessionalism is insane and not to mention the managers damn near letting it...

Out of all the cases that I have been to the one that sticks out, the most is the one I 2711 S. 24th St., the assistant manager on second shift she is the most cheerful, caring, helpful person that you could ask for she greets you with a smile, and I love the way he jokes around and everything you need more people like her to be in these places because if you don’t have people that are happy and smile like that in, and really like being around other people You won’t get no business so kudos to her and keep it up girl you rock that place and whoever higher view needs to know how great you are.
