If I could rate this McDonaldâs a zero, I would.
This location is hands down one of the worst McDonaldâs in the area. Nearly every time Iâve stopped here, thereâs been some kind of issue. At this point, Iâd rather go out of my way to find a different McDonaldâs than deal with this one again.
My most recent experience was incredibly frustrating. We placed a mobile order about 15 minutes before breakfast ended. The drive-thru wasnât even busyâyet they were putting customers on long holds before taking orders. I overheard someone in front of us say they tried going inside for help, and the staff refused to assist them. Completely ridiculous.
By the time we reached the speaker, it was 10:30, and we were told breakfast was over and weâd have to wait for the order to cancel itself and hope for a refund in 7 days. But it had taken over 15 minutes just to reach the speaker due to their delay. When asked to speak with a manager, we got the usual generic âsorry for the inconvenienceâ and no actual help.
In general, the service is consistently bad. I rarely get my order right, the wait times are long, and the food is often cold. If they ask you to pull forward, expect to have to go inside because theyâve likely forgotten about you.
One winter, my roommate and I walked to this location for hot chocolate on the way to pick up my car since the apartment finally did some snow removal, We were told the machine was âunder maintenanceââeven though we could see them using it to make a drink... When we asked for a moment to decide on something else, the manager asked us to leave the lobby for âloitering.â Minutes later, we went through the drive-thru, and suddenly they could make hot chocolate.
The management here is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I donât expect a five-star dining experience from McDonaldâsâbut I do expect the basics: correct orders, warm food, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this location struggles with even that.

   Read moreI have been going to this particular McDonald's for many years. They seem to be the only one in town that managers to make Double Quarter Pounders the best way. They taste so much better at this specific location and I think that might be due to personal flare on the cooks' part, be it additional salt or whatever. So what's the problem? Well, this is also the only McDonald's in town that consistently messes up orders. You might get small sized fries or drinks when you ordered large, you might even get something entirely different from the meal you ordered. However, that's not the reason for this review. That issue is one that I can't live with: the last two times I've gone here within the week, I've been given meat that was undercooked and still bleeding AND one that was cooked, yet cold like someone had cooked it earlier, but stuck it in the refrigerator to serve to a customer later and the fries were the same as well. Look, I understand the pressure and stress of the times... but when you're serving food that isn't fit for human consumption, you're just as much of a hazard to public health and safety as the virus CAUSING your stress. So do us all in the community a favor... and cook your damn food fresh and to the right...
   Read morePlaced an order from the app waited for 10 mins for food to come out never did so I call the number manager proceeds to tell me that I must have canceled the order and that I needed to re order and pay for the food I already paid for agin and then tells me Iâll receive a refund for the first charge in 3-5 hours 7 hours later no refund so I look on app at the questions and answers and it clearly says you can not cancel an order so thereâs no way I canceled this order sheâs telling me I canceled also says for any order issues or refunds to contact the store the order was placed at so I call McDonaldâs again to ask them about my refund this guy âmanagerâ tells me thereâs nothing he can do and that i have to go through the app but the app says to go through the store which is what I tell this guy over and over again needless to say I got no where with this dude also refused to replace the order even after I told him I have both receipts from literally 10 mins apart so I guess Iâm just donating money just for the fun of it also couldnât even help me with a number to call that could possibly help me, nothing, he was completely and utterly useless so heads up be careful ordering...
