Going thru the drive thru was such waste of time! Sat at the microphone waiting for my order to be taken for five minutes no one said anything to even acknowledge that I was there. So we drove off with the intent to go somewhere else that would be happy to take my money. However as I drove around, I saw the guy who was supposed to be taking orders sitting in the window sipping on his drink doing absolutely nothing! So we went in. It took us maybe five minutes to get our order taken and received. So I thought I would inform the manager, that her drive thru line was not moving and no one was answering the mic. Her reply was that only one person could take orders. If there were multiple people with headsets on, some had to know that the drive thru wasn't getting answered. Or the simple fact that all the cars were driving off. You have to have cameras in the drive thru line so I'm sure you could see the six cars waiting. There were people just standing doing nothing. The guy who was supposed to be taking orders was outside by the time we walked to our vehicle was outside and there were still four cars in drive thru. Someone literally got out of there car in drive thru and went inside and also made a complaint. To no avail, his wife decided to go in while the husband waited to get out of the drive thru line. This is definitely the worst burger King I have been too. There is little to know excuse for the terrible service we didn't receive today! Someone should have been smart enough to realize that something needed to be fixed after multiple complaints! If you don't want to work don't go to work, no matter what kind of job you have! No one made you take the job, so do the damn job!

Read moreOrdered 3 king jr meals and a bacon king meal medium with a Dr Pepper, everything was fine until they handed me one king jr meal and a big bad full of stuff so I told them I was missing 2 more king jr meals and that the bag they handed me wasn’t mine, they immediately became upset and the guy at the window took the bag back while the 2 girls in the background made sly comments and rude remarks they handed me finally / more king jr meals and a bag with my bacon king burger in it but not my medium fries and I told them it was missing the medium French fry to which the girl yelled “DIDNT YOU GET 2 FRIES IN THE OTHER BAG” the guy taking orders said “the other bag I took back!” They then ignored me for 3 minutes making comments and giving me dirty looks as I waited for the medium fry then the guy comes over with more meals as to which I reply “all I needed was my medium fry” and he turns around visibly annoyed and tells “ALL SHE NEEDED WAS A MEDIUM FRY” and he set the bags down and finally gives me my medium fry. We got her seated and rushed to the counter to ask for a glass for a soda emergency and the employee would NOT listen and sushed me as she was taking an order. I quickly ran to the other end of the counter and tried to get someone else's attention and meanwhile the customer understood what was happening and insisted that the cashier help me so she did. Mom spent the next hour recovering so she could get back to the car. Before I left I wanted to explain to the manager what happens with a diabetic for educational purposes and so he could help employees recognize a need to help. Instead I was met with a defence the original cashiers actions as she wildly spoke over me as I explained a diabetic response to low blood sugar.
