Bowlero Council Bluffs — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I was there with friends on March 12th we got there before 10 when cosmic bowling starts the kids working up front said they were completely booked and that we could come back at 10:30 so that is what we did. As soon as we returned they said everyone who had a reservation showed up and that they didn’t know when they would have an open lane we stayed optimistic that a lane would open up and continued waiting in the gaming room, within 30 minutes, 4 different employees walked by and looked at us then walked back assuming we were doing something we shouldn’t be. As if we wouldn’t notice they were closely watching us another employee starts “cleaning the windows” of the claw machine. Just because we were people of color they felt they had to watch us and they even had a police officer walk over and check on us. I’ll never be back and I hope no one of color does because I felt very discriminated and my friends had to stop me from going off on those...

I love this place as I know it is the only option in Council Bluffs to bowl. I like a brand of beer they don't carry, so I went to Dean & Connie and asked them to carry a beer they do not carry! The response was what is it and is it able to be order in bottles and I stated yes it can, so the next week I was able to order it from the bar and so was the other person that loves that beer too. Yes we cleaned them out of all they order and what was the bomb of Dean & Connie Ratliff is they took the time to order it, so we could drink what beer we like to drink why we bowl leagues. We did drink all that was order and I know they will order more as that is how COOL Dean & Connie Ratliff are.. We were really excited about going there to bowl! When we got there, the counter person asked if we were bowling cosmic bowling or per game. I told her I wasn't sure, I turned to talk to my family about it and she made it sound as if I could just pay for cosmic and if we didn't play enough they would adjust it. I was like okay. Then I said we had two little ones thinking they wouldn't be as much as us and come to find out they were. Really!?!? You don't have kids under 5 prices? Anyway, I did loved that they had these towers the kids could use to roll the bowling balls off of. I had never seen them before and the kids did have fun with them. Food prices were high. Just a large basket of fries was 11 bucks and some change plus tip... Overall...if there is a next time I will make sure I don't get rushed and...
