Not good. We went inside because there was a long drive-thru line and then ended up standing there while they worked the drive-thru. People kept coming up front but ignored us. That happened at least 4 times with 1-2 ppl each time. No one even said "be right with you'". Then someone in the back was yelling and screaming at someone else, not sure if it was a customer or another employee. That lasted for idk at least 4-7 minutes. They were quite well staffed, having at least 8 people that I visibly saw, but the girl who finally came to the cash register didn't know how to ring in our modifications to the meals. Simple stuff like, "make the drink a blizzard". I'm sure they get that a lot. And it took 2 ppl to help her. And it still wasn't right. I got 2 meals and 2 things from the 2 for $4 menu and it was like $26?? They charged me like $3 for one of the upsized drinks. I think that's more than the actual drink. It should've been just an upcharge. And the other upsized drink was a different price tho both were blizzards which makes no sense. Then, when she brought out the blizzards, I asked my older daughter to double-check that the one her little sister was getting didn't have peanut butter in it. The girl who made them overheard us and came over and I explained that I was wondering because my younger daughter is allergic to peanut butter. She said do you want me to make it again? I said well does it have peanut butter in it? She said she didn't clean the blizzard machine in between and she made the Reese's blizzard first. So yeah there was some peanut butter in it. 😳 Thank God I mentioned it and thank you to her for being honest. But that needs to be something that never happens again. I don't typically mention it to restaurant workers we just know what not to order. So, it was definitely a God thing that I even asked and that she was listening to our conversation. Crazy experience to...

The other employee was laughing about this the whole time. Waited several minutes honked horn to get employee attention. They finally opened window I asked aboit refund again. They advised was trying to get ahold of someone. Other employs still laughing about everything. Finally got refund done. Am not sure I so will call my bank in morning. Other employee is still laughing thinking the whole thing is funny. Handed all my order back. Was advised the manager would be in after 11am tomorrow. Had to ask what their name was. Was told it was Gabby. Asked what employees name where working. Was advised they could not give me that information. Not a problem only 3 total working so should not be that hard to figure out who was who. The employees where very unprofessional and feel situation could have been handled...
Read moreThe $7 deals are hard to beat. Chicken strips with gravy, fries, medium sized drink and a hot fudge sundae for $7 is a great deal. It seems like when you go to other fast food restaurants the only ways you can get out of there for less than $10 is if you don't get a meal, you have to have some special app or bring coupons. Then at Dairy Queen, or at least this Dairy Queen, they bringing your food out to you when it's ready if you sit in the dining room. The only time you have to get up is to refill your own drink or have them get your ice cream made up after you have eaten your meal. I guess the only thing that was a little weird is that they're a little possessive of their ketchup. They bring it to your table and when they clean up they take it back behind the counter. It seems to me this would be unsanitary as it is likely that more than one group has now had the same set of ketchup packets in front of them. Perhaps they sanitize them, but I kind of doubt it. I suppose having a ketchup bottle at the table really isn't any different so I suppose there's not much of a difference from a cleanliness in...
