Color Me Mine — Local services in Covina

My sisters and I were in need of some sister time, but local to us as we all are busy with family needs and taking care of our parental responsibilities . We are more brewery and pizza gals so I was certain when I threw Color Me Mine out there I would get push back! Needless to say, everyone was thrilled about how close to us this was and how we didn’t have to drive into a crazy busy city with limited parking ! We were laughing on our way there about how we wouldn’t need the full two hours so it would give us more time to walk downtown Covina, needless to say 4 hours later we were still laughing our butts off and working like little engines that could and just had to force ourselves to wrap up to give others a chance to enjoy the space!! We truly had a great time, we grabbed Rad coffee which is just a few business down and got a little competitive painting the same dinosaurs to see how we all had our own visions about the same item! The staff here is phenomenal and so patient and helpful!! We can not wait...

Color me Mine is a nice little spot in Downtown Covina where you can pick from various sets of pottery and paint them. They always have new pieces coming in.

I've never painted in my life but the staff was super friendly (which is always a big plus for me) and informative.

When you finish your piece they take your creation and BURN IT! THEY BURN YOUR PIECE YOU WORKED SO HARD ON! The result however is beautifully set paint that makes your creation look 10x better than it did before. The process brings out the color and gives it a glossy texture and feel. Adorable Color Me Mine location that is very clean and neat. It has indoor as well as outdoor seating. Staff is super attentive and friendly. The selection of pottery is large, inspiring, and constantly changing. This is my family's favorite location because they have multiple monthly activities for kids -- specific for preschool age as well as older kids. My kids always have the best time! There are two other Color Me Mine locations that are actually closer to where I live, but they don't have these special kids activities.
